Location is excellent, close to Gondola One in Vail Village. Reasonable cost. Hotel a bit tired and could use updating.

We booked on line last minute. Unsure of the Hotel but we were on the lower level. At first I wanted to move to a balcony room. Our room was very clean and the bed was great! Had many drinks in town... No big deal.. Walk home!!!

Got incredible rate. Nice place close to everything. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast!

I've stayed at C properties before and have never been disappointed. They are well run, kept clean and the staff is super helpful. The morning breakfast is the perfect way to start a day of skiing. The location couldn't be better and the price is good.

Debbie at the front desk is amazing. She always has smile and a friendly approach to whatever the topic may be. The staff at Sarah's is as good as you'll find in Vail. It's like coming home when staying at the Christiania!

Had a nice stay at the Christiania. Room was very clean, nice continental breakfast ever morning, and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is the perfect place to stay in Vail Village, right at the base of the mountain in the heart of the village. We hiked the mountain and enjoyed walking through the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in the heart of Vail Village. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

cozy, quaint, comfortable, charming w/o the high-end unnecessary stuff

Small, quaint, a good value. Yes- Again! Great breakfast @ $8. All staff members are very customer focused.. Location superb- Less than 200 yds to gondola.

Perfect location. Great staff. Loved the free hot cider and cookies in the lobby after skiing all day. Loved the outdoor heated pool. Swimming or just relaxing surrounded by snow is surreal. Will definitely be back.

Our first stay at the Christiania did not disappoint and in fact exceeded our expectations. Perfect location -- quiet, yet conveniently located at a stone's throw from Gondola One, with the ability to end your ski run right at the back door. We appreciated the charming European feel of the place, and the friendly staff and service were outstanding. The room, while not exactly spaceous, was very comfortable and clean, and the reasonably priced breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices. We enjoyed our stay and plan to be back.

Water in show went from hot to cold, toilet kept leaking breakfast was less than poor, pool could use some good cleaning

The location of this hotel is hard to beat. It's steps away from the new One Gondola that takes you to Mid-Vail. It is a nice, clean hotel with a European flavor. The staff was very nice as well! I would recommend the hotel to someone and definitely stay here again.

A great location for skiing and après ski. Steps away from the Vail Village lift an the Red Lion. Good breakfeast (which was an extra 7.50 per day) and an inviting bar/dining room. Only complaints are somewhat outdated electronics in the room, the fact that it was somewhat noisy at night (I was on the first floor and it was noisy from both outside and the room above me), and the slippery stairs to the pool (there is no separate hot tub but a nice heated pool). Generally an somewhat older crowd.

Only spent one night but it was very nice. Vail is beautiful in early fall.

The hotel is in a perfect location - very short walk to restaurants and shopping in the Village. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was clean. However, the room was hot and stuffy and smelled bad as a result. Open windows and the provided fan offered little circulation. Wish we would've spent an extra $25/night to stay somewhere cool! Would consider staying here again in the winter.

Receptionist could use an attitude adjustment in a big way. Room fairly clean. No air conditioning, comfortable and a decent bang for the buck. EXCELLENT location!

They did not have the reservation for some reason, but gave us a different room. The location is really nice. For some reason we were charged extra $15 for taxes. Although when I did the booking the charges included the taxes.

spacious, clean, nice amenities. professional and caring staff
