The rooms were not suitable for people with reduced mobility & other disabilities. They are more for single travelers on the go. Little privacy in the shower /toilet with glass doors. The staff however were friendly and provided a portable shower chair but it’s a tight fit to move around in the room, and has high rise beds.

Great spot for an overnight layover at AMS. Cool rooms at a reasonable cost, fantastic staff- we’d definitely stay here again!

If you need an airport hotel at Amsterdam Schipol, this is it. 7-8 minute walk from the terminal, smashingly cool, and with super clean, super modern, fun fun amenities. Falling asleep in a comfy bed with the airport runway lights in full view was marvelous. I spent some time reading through the travel books provided in the extended unusual lobby. Try CitizenM you’ll like it.
