It was okay staying there , location is great, parking was easy, the room was just ok, bathroom kinda of small. Bed was comfortable.
Very nice and clean place to stay. Rooms are big but a little weird to go around and find your way to your room.

Room was pretty good, I didn’t experience any of the other amenities as we stayed there because of a power outage and we didn’t get there until very late at night. I loved the 12pm checkout, I feel that many hotels don’t offer a standard noon checkout!
Somerset mall is just a walk away. Room service was excellent and cheaper to order from your room than to sit in the restaurant.
Nice clean hotel. Convenient location with Somerset Collection stores, including Nieman Marcus, across from the parking lot. Other stores, including Nordstrom, across Big Beaver Road.

The Inn's staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard.

Unfortunately this hotel did not meet the 4.1 rating stated. Although you were greeted promptly and courteously when arriving everything stopped there. The elevator had a weird smell - like being washed down with a dirty dishrag. The towels in the bathroom felt and looked like they were bought at a dollar store. You could only have the heat on or off. The amount of outlets was inadequate. The tv remote needed a new battery. Do not use the restaurant - steak was very subpar. I give this hotel a 3 at best.

Elevators are super slow, but overall we had a really nice stay! I love the fact it was in walking distance to the mall. Clean rooms, comfy bed.
