Was a nice property with a great view of the river. Staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. My group only stayed one night but it was a great price for the value.

This unique building is located about a mile from the downtown area. Overall I enjoyed the stay, however Found the poolside loungers very uncomfortable iand the pool towels which required an exchange of a card to get were thin unabsorbant.
The hotel was really beautiful, tasteful and clean. We booked a loft, which is the cheapest room, and it was really spacious and comfortable. We had a nice king bed, a table, a mini fridge, an electric kettle and even a microwave oven. The wardrobe was also really spacious and it houses a safe. There's cable tv in the room but if you want, in the 2nd floor, there's a tv room for anyone to use. There's also a nice balcony in the room with a couple of chairs and a small table. Very nice if you want to have a drink while getting a bit of fresh air. The room also comes with a heat/cool air conditioner. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Good water pressure in the shower. There's free wifi in the hotel but the reception in the room was not very good. Breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant and it was really yummy and offered a great variety to choose from. Just outside of the restaurant, there's a pool but we chose to use the climatized one in the underground level as it was a bit cold outside. Also in that floor you can use the sauna and gym. I'd recommend a visit there to relax after walking so much in town. As for location, it's about 20 blocks from the historical district of Colonia. You can either walk or take a cab (it's literally a 5 minute drive). We preferred this location as it was a really quiet place and it has a great view of the river.
Great cozy hotel, located 2.5 km away from downtown Colonia. Hotel is pretty modern. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Breakfast was also abundant. Would recommend and return.
Nice perhaps 3 star hotel. Location is not good, and breakfast could definitely be improved. Rooms are clean and staff is nice, but not very knowleadgeable. A bit overpriced for its facilities.
Aside from being a short drive from the city center it is perfect. Great materials and spacing. If you tried to get this in BR you'd pay at least usd350. Relaxing and modern.

They had a nice pool, but service there and also at breakfast was not very attentive. The decent buffet breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, juice, nice pastries, toast, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and jams.The location was a little bit far from the historic town center - a 20-30 minute walk, however a public bus station is about 4 blocks away. All in all a nice place, with rather steep rates and not for anyone looking for historic downtown location.
