This is our go to when visiting U of I. Whole nothing fancy, it is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, pool and spa are well maintained and breakfast is adequate at a very fair price. Location is perfect; close to campus but just off the busy areas so it’s nice and quiet. Only thing is that word is getting around and this place is always crowded whenever we stay; but they keep it clean and quiet hours are enforced. Nice place for the money, we will be back
This a a great hotel! The price was fair, The staff were helpful, the pool & hot tub were operational, enjoyed the fitness center, complimentary breakfast & location safe, quiet, & conveniently located by the highway.
1)There was no water in room 2) flush was not working, front desk person said, “pick up the top part and jiggle it” rather giving a new room. 3) water clogged in sink. 4) temperature was not maintained properly in room, too cold. 5) very disappointing experience in 2 days . 6) called 2 times for email receipt did not receive it. 7) Never coming back here.
Hotel was immaculate, staff was friendly. Pool was warm, hot tub was broken on arrival but fixed by evening. Love the pool being open 24 hours! Location is amazing, just off campus so it’s quiet but less than a minute drive to NE edge of UI. Bed was comfortable, breakfast had all the usual suspects. Sadly they had a lot of wedding guests staying who were being rude and loud until 3 am but of the hotels fault that people are idiots…. Nice place, would stay here again
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy to access off the hiway. Breakfast was ok. Best thing we didn’t know ahead of time was pool was open 24 hours.

I like the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, nice linens and towels, nice toiletries, and generous breakfast! I’ll certainly be coming back. I also thought the price was very reasonable and the location convenient.

Clean and very comfortable, staff very courteous and responsive to the many little changes I ended up making. Great experience! My only complaint was having to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper. But I think they were understaffed while I was there.
Families of 5 can be hard in hotels but their double sweet has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa so it fit us perfectly.
The facilities were very clean. The staff was very professional and the staff at the front desk were nearly always present.

We apologize that you did not notice the alert on on Expedia when you booked your reservation, that stated our Pool and Hot Tub were closed for renovations during your stay. We tried to be as transparent as possible, with having the notices up on our website and third party websites, such as Expedia, since May. We also were notifiying all guests that booked directly with the Front Desk at the time they were making their reservations, as well as having numerous postings about it around the hotel. We did finish the renovations this last week and the pool area is back open.
