The fees from Orbitz didn't match the real actual costs, this was wrong even though the 'Destination' fees were included. No one can send me an invoice either. The room was next to the AC unit and things were definitely not as clean and tidy as the pictures would have you believe.
This was my 2nd time staying here. The bedroom / bathroom was very small and tight. The elevator looks outdated but it was still a good place to stay. The hotel is far from the subway (its 6 blocks away)
The Lexington hotel is an excellent stay for NYC. The hotel has character and atmosphere. And, the staff from the front desk to housekeeping to the attendant that ensures you have a cab, to help with your luggage, that is also friendly were outstanding.
Close to most things; shopping, dining, etc. Nice bar area in hotel as well.

Beautiful, older hotel with great atmosphere. Destination fee of $35 per day, which is "returned" via vouchers that can be used in the hotel's restaurant. There are taxes added to the destination fee, which I was not expecting. I will refuse the destination fee, on my next visit, because I did not use anywhere near the voucher value. (Did not realize I could refuse it, at the time.)
The property was well located but the rooms were kind of small in the bathrooms are very small. The staff at the front desk we’re not friendly overall but the other staff were friendly.

Property nice and quite, super clean and Top employees, house keepers the BEST!!!!! The WiFi services didn't work correctly, I losted signal constaly

Hotel staff was absolutely terrible. Room looks NOTHING like it does in the photos and there were additional charges for EVERYTHING including cash only for storing our luggage when the hotel didn't have a functioning ATM. Was a joke. For the cost stay somewhere where and get the room you pay for and obvious amenities included without all the hidden fees.
Decent property. Typical NY sounds all night. Rooms small. Definitely needs a mini fridge. Closer for shows and shopping if that’s what you are looking for. Further away from attractions. Resort fee you should not have to pay for. Who is really using the bikes, using the wifi which I was told was free? I’d stay here again if I were to only go to Broadway.

I thought the staff was great! It is an awesome hotel and I had an nice experience. I wish they would get a bar/restaurant so guests can have a beverage or a meal in the evening. It didn’t affect me due to the fact that I dined out the majority of the time to experience New York. Other than that, everything was great.
