Very helpful and friendly staff. The housekeeping was excellelent. The restaurant and bar was excellent. Generally they could probably have rinsed the floor carpets better in the rooms, as there was an «old smell.» Good parking facilities. I would stay there again, for business.
Not exactly central but convenient and comfortable. General decor (lobby, passageways etc) rather spartan but effective and not intrusive. Two lifts, and a good restaurant - convenient as there is not much choice in the immediate vicinity. Large comfortable room with all that is needed. Would come again. Not sure about parking or cost as it was part of a package.
For a hotel overlooking the railroad, the least you can have is air conditioning in the hotel. The fact that the windows had to be kept open to get some air in meant that all the noise of trains going by all night kept me awake. There was still barely any air coming through in the end, so we were waking up in a sweaty mess. The other major complaint was the lack of reliable wifi throughout the hotel. Being in the corner suite on the top floor meant that we were nowhere close to the router, and we had to walk out into the hallway to catch a weak signal just so it can be "brought back" into the room. And by into the room, I mean just inside the door where we had to set up chairs in order to use the Internet. The breakfast wasn't great, and the distance to Old town Regensburg was farther than if you were staying at a hotel on the other side of the tracks.
Nice BIG room with nice restaurant Italian restaurant at ground floor. Walking distance to petrol station, us restauranti and shopping mall. Recommend for business trip stay. Hotel is clean and Comfortable. Most importantly is the receptionist are always greeting their guess with BIG smile.
Spent a night at Hansa Apart-Hotel Regensburg and was satisfied. Room was big and okay, bed and TV at a moderate size. Service was friendly. Parking Spots were offered in a car park downstairs. Would spend there a night again.
I stayed there several time during my business trips. It has good location, however for getting to the city center you have to walk little bit. The breakfest service is not bad and it is great to sit outside during summer mornings.
I stayed for 3 weeks on this hotel, and eveything was ok, till the day off, even if the roomservice was very bad, and the general smell on the fllor was very ugly. After first week, on friday, i've find a bill in my room for two snacks.I've paid at the reception, and for the last two weeks i didn't recive any bill.In the last morning they told me that i have to pay 30 euros in ammont of what i consumed from minibar, but i didn't take anything. They said that i consumed from the minibar in the second week, so why didin't send me the bill? This was bad intention. The airportliner was on the door, and i have to pay because it wasn't only about me, a few people waiting for me in the airportliner.I will told this fact to the company from their town who arrange this bussines trip not to send people anymore there.
I stayed at the Hansa Apart Hotel for 5 nights when on a recent business trip and had booked a standard room but was given a Junior Suite instead which was really nice to have although I was out of the room from 7am until around 9pm so didn't really get the benefit however it was appreciated. The staff were all very pleasant and happy to help with anything needed, and the breakfast was more than adequate with the usual selections of breads, meats, cheeses etc and always a couple of warm items which changed daily. The seafood restaurant which is attached to the hotel has some really good choices and being a seafood lover I ate there twice and can't complain at all. There was plenty to eat and the quality was excellent. The hotel is close to the railway station if travelling by train and there is a good onsite garage which is free to use for guests. I walked into Regensburg on 2 nights to eat and it's about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I would most definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area again.
Stayed there several days during recent business trip. Hotel is very nice, has parking and easily accessible, but not in the historical center. It takes 15-20 minutes walk to get there. Not much around the hotel. Rooms are decent size and clean. Closet is open kind and pretty small. There is a desk and a chair, but overall pretty basic. Breakfast is somewhat limited but probably typical for this part of Europe. Next time I will try to stay in town.
The Hotel is easily access by public transport. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean. You can cook and make your own meal, the room come with fully equips kitchen. This is hotel recommended to frequent Business Trip travellers.
