Room wasn't ready even though we didn't arrive until 11pm at night. Hotel cleaners never came to clean our room while we were there. So many people smoking in the lobby. More smoke than any other hotel out there. The people at the front desk were always friendly though.

First timer and was the worst first impression after a long Friday we go to the room and our key didn’t work so we go get duplicate keys and still nothing so for the 3rd time we had to go back and this time wait in a long line to speak with a physical person and mind you we were on the 27th floor and my sister had a disability so we tell them what happened and they send someone which then resulted in an engineer person coming to replace the charger on the door it was just a horrible experience all we were given was a $50 food credit which The restaurant we chose gave us food poisoning it was just an unpleasant stay and will not be returning

No room cleaning in 2 days….

In the middle of everything. No need for a vehicle to go from place to place. Costs inside the hotel for dining were incredible. $15 for an egg McMuffin, same thing different name, was steep. Was cheaper to eat breakfast at the Peppermill than the cafe in the hotel. Other than that stay was great.

Check in was incredibly slow. It took about 30 minutes. For this reason, I would not come back.

Centrally located on main area of strip. Great room, pool and amenities

Great place to stay!!! Very convenient, everything is in walking distance. But I do have one thing to say:). The pillows and blanket in the rooms, could be and should be better.

I stayed there 4 nights and I had to practically beg to get my room cleaned. We had to use dirty towels and garbage cans full. On the second night I tried to call housekeeping and the person seemed to speak broken English and couldn’t understand her, so I then went to the front desk and asked if I could please get my room cleaned and fresh towels they finally showed up late late afternoon and cleaned the room so out of 4 nights my room was cleaned once after I was promised it would be done every day. Me and my wife started our vacation in Sacramento and worked our way down the coast to Los Angeles and we stayed in several hotels and the Paris was the worst of them all. I will be going back to MGM hotels after this.

Everything was great

the staff were accommodating and sweet all throughout our stay.

It was ok

Nice space

Early check in was not available. Then they moved us from Bordeaux to Versailles. It was not requested and they said it was the same - they stated the only difference was the rooms were larger. Well the rooms may be larger but that was the only benefit. Mobile check in did not work after the change. Bell staff told us we were at the Horseshoe and weren’t certain how long it would take to get our luggage. Elevators were all not working and very slow. Rooms did not have a mini fridge. Ice machines broken on multiple levels. Only 1 key worked. The shower didn’t have any place for soaps or shampoos, they had to be put on the floor of the shower. When I called to move back to Bordeaux they said there was no availability and I would need to go back to the front desk to talk to a manager, as they don’t take calls. The lines at the front desk were so long and after a long day we “settled” for the room. The room faced Ole Red and The Cromwell which had live music and bands very late and noisy. We had to walk through two hotels to get to the pool and fitness center. Then while at the pool there were no lounge chairs and everything had a Rent Me sign. I could rent a lounge chair for $20 tax. Overall, not a great experience and would not stay again.

It was clean and in a great spot on the strip

Thankfully for the opportunity to upgrade room , however the travel to that room was very long and painful for a family Of 4 walking though a Casio . We only chose to say at this hotel because of the birthday dinner planned at the steak house.
