We originally had a room in a separate building behind the hotel, it was dirty, stained carpet, smelled like smoke, some sort of flying insects. We were switched to the main hotel and the room was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of smoking in and around the premises by other guests. The parking, pool and even elevator areas the smell of weed was constant.
Love this small hotel in Beverly Hills! Fabulous location, and great staff! The rooms are on the smallish size, but it was not an issue. Love this hotel and will be back again!

The Mosaic is an Awesome hotel. The hotel was very clean and everything was very nice. Awesome outdoor handout area by the pool as well.

Beautiful quiet and only place I will stay at when in the area
We were not sure if this hotel was just having an off weekend however our stay there was depressing at best.Room Seevice Food was left in the hallways for more than 24 hours. There’s an odd smell throughout the hotel. We were parking our own car in valet. And the staff felt awkward and almost obligated that they had to check us in and or check us out. The Decor was really nice however I feel that if this hotel doesn’t have a management change there’s no way It will survive.
Do yourself a favor and stick with a name brand hotel.
We had a great trip and it was nice to unwind at Mosaic! The urban bundle was nice and we got a bottle of water each day, use of wifi, and a drink on arrival. The pool was a bit small and lacked much sunlight, so we didn't use the pool. Our Uber cancelled on us at 500 am to make it to LAX and the concierge was nice to call us a taxi. It was quiet and clean. Great stay and trip!
