Location was good, but, property could use a lot of help. First room we were given was terrible, floor was sticky, roaches everywhere. Staff was able to relocate us to another room, which didn't have any roaches. Place could use some help. They also, ask for ID for anyone over 18 in the room...thought that was odd.
Since day one the sick clogged up i called to report and the entire stayed no one came to fix or offer us a new room, second we had on third day restroom clogged there were going to send someone next day to fix which I didn’t believe because they never fix the other room sink. At the end we ask for a plunger and we unclogged it. Floor were dirty sheets had hairs like they didnt change them. We had to take our own trash out. Thats what i get for looking for cheap.
I need a refund for my stay at the motel 6. The staff was rude and unprofessional and the room was not cleaned properly.

Not sure why people are complaining about this place. It’s not a Hilton or a Marriot. If you want that quality then you should pay for it. Hotel is literally in walking distance from Universal studios. Took us about 25 mins to walk there. Easy access to everything. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower was clean as well. The only real complaint we had was the size of the towels were very small and no shampoo samples. Other than that quiet and good location. It’s a motel 6 not a double tree.

The staff was amazing, they tried their best to accommodate guests. However, the Internet Service is horrible, the phone reception is also poor. I even purchased the high speed internet package still waa unable to acess the Internet.
