The prpperty is filthy and unkept-as was our room. Don't you people inspect these places?

It was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke throw out the place. The staff needs to learn more about hospitality etiquettes.

Property is not being taken care, it looks old, smells and overall is a complete disappointment. Additionally, a guest at another room was having a party and when asked to the receptionist about it, his answer was “I will see what I can do”. Needless to say, 2 hours later the party was still on

Staff was nice but the condition of the hotel was deplorable/ dirty . Stayed there out of desperation due to cancelled flight and no other places open

disappointing from a vacation or stop point of view. Run down but neat. Cheap for New York area to fall asleep. Good price for last minute reservation or walk in but if planning ahead you can get better facilities at the same price.

It's old and starting to break appart. Carpets are worn tho sheets are newly washed. At least It has microwave and refrigerator and small tv. Not too bad. But it's really an old hotel for the price...

It was livable but nothing more . There is nothing good about the experience and it is not possible to cross the road as no traffic lights for several miles either way and all restaurants are on the other side of the road.

The staff was rude, the bathroom's door was not working. We had to take cold showers (in the winter) because the hot water was not working. The shuttle was always late and they didn't explain how it worked in the first time, then they wanted to change us. The breakfast was awful, almost no food. It made my travel the worst so on in USA.

This is a third world experience. The tub had brown stains on the caulking. Rugs are filthy and not vacuumed after day one. You had to request a remote and the blow dryer did not work. Hasn't been painted in more than 20 years. The breakfast area had 2 bug poison things hanging over it that emit a horrifying smell. When my daughter checked in they told her I was not there (I was). When I did not answer immediately, housekeeping shoved in and broke the chain on the door Don't do it.

The hotel was dirty, stinking, the steps were horrible and someone could have easily fallen and broken something. My family consisted of 3 people in their late 50's and early 60's and they could have easily fallen. [...]

THE BEST PART WAS THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE WHICH WAS ON TIME . IT WAS A VERY "LAST MINUTE" RESERVATION AND THE PRICE FIT MY BUDGET

Not a very good experience-My daughter and I went to attend a wedding.We book the Travelogde because of the location to the airport-we had to leave on a very early flight.When we arrived at the hotel my daughter commented on how the outside was runned down,when we walked in the office it was just terrible, it was diry, it smelled,wall paper was falling off the wall,we walked up to the 2nd floor, the railing paint was all chip off and dirty, when we got to the room my daughter had taken her lap top to do her homework, she could not connect to the internet,so i walk to the office for help, the hotel manager told me there was nothing wrong with the internet and my daughter had a old lap top-which we just purchased a couple of months ago,i didn't argue the point with him I went back to the room, when i got back my daughter had pulled back the quilt on the bed it was a mess the quilt was dirty along with the sheets. I called orbit,knowing if I talk to the manager he wasn't going to be nice hearing my complaints,after talking to orbit I called the manager when i started telling him about the room he hung up on me, so i called back telling him i wanted what i paid for, He told me he would refund me the 2nd night but not the 1st,and he would send up clean bedding and a coffee pot,and a iron which was also missing from the room.The coffee pot would not work.I would not advise anyone on stay at this hotel,also all the outside doors to this hotel locks were missing.

good place to stop & go to sleep
