The pool was closed. Not sure why. They came and cleaned my room but didn’t refill my coffee. And you could tell when they “cleaned” my room they only cleaned what I had touched. There was still hair in the tub. The staff was friendly and nice. Otherwise everything was fine.

I am joyed the property of the could have been a little bit more specific about where the interesses were for rooms other than that it was a great stay in their rooms were gorgeous
This place is better than any hotel...probably second best to a resort. They have wonderful decor and great owners who seem to care about every detail of your stay.
Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere, great breakfast and convenient traffic. There are lots of restaurants nearby to get a bite.

It was a good overnight stay. Clean room, clean bathroom, and easy breakfast.
got put into a smoking room. As soon as I realized this upon booking, I called to have it changed-to no avail. Very disappointed.

The place was very nice and friendly ( and a little out of place for the surrounding area, which is a bit iffy at best. Not the type of place you want to be walking around at night.) There is a nice common area outside with a pool and a couple BBQ grills, Sadly the pool was being drained for the winter season. The room was a bit small for the price compared to some of the other hotels in the area, but it was still a very nice place to stay. The free coffee and chili was really good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We booked a king suite and it had a balcony facing the pool, which we were concerned might be noisy but wasn't bad at all. The a/c worked well during the Oregon heat wave and the bathroom was nice with good counter space and decent towels. Wifi was decent, flatscreen tv with DirecTV was nice, and overall the experience was good. Front desk staff was pleasant and friendly, though this hotel uses an antiquated key-type system that appears proprietary to this location and in my mind doesn't lend itself to easy maintenance in the event of lost keys. Less-satisfactory hotels we stayed at during our two-week vacation all used keycards so this location should seriously consider it as well, though I understand the retrofitting would be costly upfront. Good value overall.
We really wish we would have taken names! The staff at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful. At the time of our stay the hotel was being renovated and that still didn’t take away from the stay - clean and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is within walking distance from shopping and several great places to eat. Can’t beat the value and great customer service.

We were really pleased with our stay. It was very clean and had a warm atmosphere. The pool was important to us and it was clean and had nice towels ready for us which we didn't expect. The breakfast had a lot of nice options . When I asked for an item that had run out , the person I asked for more was friendly and helped me right away. We even had help with finding a hike which was part of the reason we had traveled to this location. We also enjoyed the nice work out room which was also clean and had water and towels which is important in that setting.

I would like to apologize on behalf of my staff, that your stay with us wasn't the best it could be. The pool was down for 2 days because we had a clogged drain. We have since addressed the issue and I have spoken with my housekeeping staff. We do hope you will consider staying with us in the future
