Apartment 1 on the second floor has two double bedrooms, one of which opens onto the sea view terrace furnished with deck chairs, table and benches. Complete bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer, kitchen with fridge, stove with two gas burners and two electric plates, kettle, dining table and chairs, sofa bed for one person, air conditioning and flat-screen satellite TV.

A private terrace with a table and benches, and on the ground floor the terrace with tables and benches and barbecue is available to guests for shared use to enjoy evenings with friends while admiring spectacular sunsets.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or when resting in the afternoon,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when I am not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,
- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

Zambratija is a small fishing village that stretches along the coast. Area much loved by tourists for its variety of beaches for all tastes. The small but equipped sandy beach, two pebble beaches, equipped pebble and rocky beach, rocky and not crowded beach.

To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.

Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips.
