The comfortable and lovingly furnished accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag, the most popular with tourists. The area makes unique the variety of beaches and the coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation rich in plants of different species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses. The beach can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located in a quiet, sunny area, surrounded by greenery, but still central. The tennis courts where the famous Umag ATP Open Croatia tennis tournament has been held for years at 800 m.
