These beaches make unique the wonderful Mediterranean vegetation along the coast that allows you to shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. To find the beach you prefer, just move a few hundred meters, as the structure of the beaches changes. For those who love the gym, outdoor gym equipment is available for free on the seafront.

In the vicinity of the apartment, there are a couple of restaurants and pizzerias. Only 100 m away is the station of the tourist train which leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in the center of Umag and vice versa. The center of Umag can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or can be reached by tourist train. Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill and known for the film festival which takes place every year at the end of July, the village of Livade is very well known for its white truffle. For cave lovers to visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as the NP Brijuni, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organize various fish picnic boat trips during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID).
