The apartment is introduced by a car gate and a paved courtyard. From here, convenient stairs lead to the second floor, where the apartment is developed.
The entrance hall is furnished with a table, chairs, closet and air conditioning that cools the rooms. From the entrance hall leads to the well-equipped kitchenette and triple bedroom, furnished with double bed + single bed. Complete the interior 1 bathroom shower.
The Terra e Mari apartment also has two balconies: a small one furnished with a small table and chairs, perfect for breakfast with a panoramic view of the Salento countryside, and a more spacious one where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors and relax in the cool on comfortable outdoor lounge.

The Terra e Mari apartment is located in Lido Marini, in a residential area of the marina of Ugento on the Ionian coast of Salento. The property is just 600 meters from the nearest beach.
Lido Marini is a resort famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. In summer all services are present.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
