The apartment is introduced by a gate and a small garden with flowerbed and driveway leading to the veranda, furnished with outdoor sitting area for relaxing in the cool of the evening.
The entrance is into a living room furnished with table, chairs, comfortable sofa and air conditioning that cools the rooms. From the entrance there is a well-equipped kitchenette and 2 double bedrooms. Complete the interior 1 bathroom shower.
The Charà apartment has a large backyard with a patio equipped to spend pleasant hours of relaxation outdoors.

The Charà apartment is located in Lido Marini, in a residential area of the marina of Ugento on the Ionian coast of Salento. The property is just 600 meters from the nearest beach.
Lido Marini is a resort famous for its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea. In summer all services are present.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the dining room.
