One night stay. Very nice. Clean room. Great amenities.

Well worth the price for cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent breakfast that lasted until 9:30 am. I am very happy that I found Holiday Inn even if it was just for 1 night. This Holiday Inn lived up to its well known name and reputation.

My wife and I stayed here along with my mother and sister. We were all very pleased with the hotel, the staff, the amenities, etc. They had a great breakfast, too!

The hot tub was not hot... it was cool as the pool..

I have stayed at this hotel before since it is near the activities I am in Tyler for. The hotel is overpriced for the value. This trip was truly a disappointment. I got no maid service even though the maids were on the floor when I left in the morning. 5 hours later when I returned my room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and was told they would check it out and call me back. An hour later as I was leaving for the evening I ask the clerk what happened and he said he didn't know. He did reduce the price one night and add points for me. Even so housekeeping failed and the desk clerk failed for not following up. It would have been so much easier to just get it right the first time.

Stayed one night. Clean room, paid for a suite but there wasn't really a separation from the "suite" and the bedroom. Was disappointed as had a child and wanted to keep the lights on in the adjacent suite room but wasn't able to because of this. The room had a window air conditioning unit which was about 10 degrees hotter than the digital setting. Took half the night to get the room to desired temperature. Breakfast was good and service pleasant.

The hotel was clean and very quiet! I did not hear one slamming door! Initially I was going to give 3 stars on amenities because the hot tub was nowhere near hot. It wasn't even warm. However, the shower head earned another star. I'm going to have to find one of those for home!

Nice place. One of the best breakfast buffets I've had. Beds are memory foam but VERY firm. TV was nice. Staff wasn't the greatest but they were very friendly and helpful. Pool was out of service (not that I cared, but you might.)

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Excellent room with space to work. Wi-fi was easy to access and high speed. Make sure you eat first - food is lacking here.

Great stay, service, breakfast and room was great.

The look of this hotel is nice, the entrance and inside areas are well kept. Unfortunately the front desk staff who checked me in was extremely unfriendly. I then got to my room to see that the desk chair and the sitting chair both had rips in them and were very dirty. I did however sit on the bed and they have the Tempur-Pedic mattresses so that was a pleasant surprise. My bathroom had mold around the edge of the tub. I used the workout facility and the bike was almost unusable as you had to stick your hand through electrical equipment to make it turn on. I travel a lot and this is not a place I would choose to stay again.

great room, great staff, clean and well decorated.

WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE ROOM WAS LARGE AND VERY NICE.BED WAS COMFORTABLE.
