Bugs in the room, wifi doesn't work well , the ppl next to us was loud and out all night , spa was out of order ! Not worth the money

this is one of the nicest days inn I have been to. a huge improvement from the older days inn's. I will stay again next time we visit Tyler.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast bar.

Bad breakfast, bad service, old musty-old cigarette smell in the room. Completely disappointed, my first time at a Hampton Inn and will never stay in one ever again.

Well to start are jet tub didnt work i told the front desk and they didn't care and the next day i ask for change for a 5dollar bill and they lady said thats what a gas station job was very rude would never go back and the breakfast was a joke the cheapest food i have ever seen at a dont good here overpriced !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel needs a bit of refurbishing. Room was worn and quite expensive for what I received. Much nicer places in Tyler on South Broadway area that are much newer.

I was booked into a smoking room I am allergic no mention on the site or confirmation that this was a smoking room very disappointed in this site and this room will not book with This company again!!!!!

Hotel was clean and neat. Parking was an issue when we came back to our room after Spring Show. Several big trucks and trailers took up 3 and 4 spaces. Breakfast was good except it took a while for the staff to replenish the food choices. Bed was very hard which made for not very restful sleep. One of our reservations was not right so we were short a bed in our group. Hotel blamed the booking group. So that was an issue and not fun with young children and very tired parents. We will probably stay at another Hotel next visit to Tyler.

Wonderful staff, so welll trained and service oriented. Couldn't do enough for us, wanted to bring them home with me. Thanks so much for making this an awesome family time for us. Had the best nights sleep in years due to the comfortable beds and relaxing hot tubs. I thought there might be a problem at first, I forgot my confirmation information with my reservation. NOT a problem. Everything was wonderful, even the smell of burnt cookies. lol

I have no complaints! I am never disappointed. Great staff, clean rooms, and very convenient.

Friendly front desk staff at both check in and check out. We had everything we needed. The large spa tub was especially nice. Soft pillows and down comforter made it feel like home. I enjoyed my stay.

I have been to this hotel once before and it was just as great as the first time I stayed. Staff was great and room was clean and comfortable. I had one king bed instead of the two queens this time so it has a recliner in there instead of the extra bed. It was very comfortable!

It was very clean. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was very good. I have NO complaints!

really easy to find out ,good location

most enjoyable will return

The staff was ver helpful and very friendly.

I was traveling with my mom, needed handicap for her. The room was very easy to get around in. Big bathroom, very nice. I will stay here the next time I am in Tyler, TX

I was very disappointed in that I have stayed in several Hamptons and loved their services. The bed was hard, the pillows were hard, the toliet had to be unstopped and when first entering the room it had a bad odor. This was resovled by leaving the door open for about 20 mintues even thought it was bitterly cold. The odor was still there somewhat but with running the air conditioning it went away druing the night. The heat only made the odor worse.

Attended Orientation at UT Tyler. Loved the idea of it being so close. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The only thing I did not like was the entering to your room from parking lot. At lam very noisy car and people outside the room.

The location was great as it was right next door to where I had a business obligation. The room was very clean and quiet. Also, the room had a recliner which my husband liked very much!
