The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range, a wine fridge, and high-end stainless appliances, which merge seamlessly into the living area, making it a perfect gathering space.
Direct access to the outdoor patio and pool is available from the downstairs living area, providing plenty of light and brightness to the interior space. The outdoor area offers lounge seating for 9, an outdoor table, and a gas grill for all your cookout needs. Also located on the first is one of the bedrooms, with a queen bed, large flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a powder room in the downstairs foyer.
Upstairs, The Primary bedroom suite is furnished with a king bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a large Spa Bathroom with a large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. Sail Away is on the left side of a Townhome duplex. The home is on a private lane, with the nearest beach access one block away on 9th street. This public beach access has a boardwalk over the dunes. Enjoy an enclosed outdoor shower near the pool for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Parking is limited to 3 cars, including one garage space. (Trucks or oversized vehicles may limit the number of spaces to 2). Wireless Internet is available for guest use.
Guests can choose to add optional pool heat for an additional cost (not available in January or February).
