Nice pool area but the hot tub wasn’t warm. I take baths hotter than that. Very outdated. Rates of the room are way too high.
Crabby staff. Our tv remote stopped working, they basically said to bad.
This is a great place to stay if you snowmobile. My main complaint will be that the pool area wasn’t open. I feel other hotels have figure this out by having reservations or limiting amount of people at the time. While were there there wasn’t a lot of people in the hotel. Parking lot was pretty much empty and we still couldn’t use them while probably no one else would have been there.
Three different people working at the front desk during my stay, all were terribly rude. Woman with glasses who checked us in was so curt and rude I almost wanted to check back out. Then a short man during breakfast all but rolled his eyes when I asked a question. No thanks, will not return
This hotel was close enough to all of two harbors to walk to without being in the midst of summer festivals and such. They were very kind at all interactions and very concious about safety.
Room was large & clean. Breakfast was good with variety.
It was easy to find. It was so homey in the lobby and breakfast area. Rooms were cleaned to perfection.

Thanks for the feedback. Our pool area remains closed because the occupancy the state is allowing is just to low to be able to allow all guests time in the pool area. Once the governor increases the limits or drops the restrictions it will reopen.
I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us but I am unsure where we went wrong and need to improve.
