Only a one night stay to watch the Crimson Tide defeat the Vols. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Ramada. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this Ramada to our friends.
The hotel is extremely old. The room was not clean. Water was leaking from the toilet onto the floor. The cleaning crew came in before checkout when we had a do not disturb sign on the door. We heard gunfire at 2:30 am.
We booked this hotel from Travelocity's site. My son is thinking about going to Alabama. Location was good just off the interstate. Clean hotel with a good staff. Great value with breakfast included. Also loved the houndstooth chairs in the lobby. This hotel is a champion. Roll Tide!
The room wasn't what I expected. Room needed a new toilet seat. I was charged 3 nights for a 1 night stay. The Staff corrected the issue but the time that it took to correct made me late for my daughter's event at UAB.
Over all a good experience. My wife, daughter and I really just slept here and had a good breakfast before heading out on our road trip.
We got in pretty late so we didn't get a chance to use the pool, which was why I booked this hotel. Our room was updated, the hallway and some of the doors were a bit beaten up. But the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good! No complaints! Great price for an overnight.
I am very impressed with this hotel. The rooms are really clean. The lobby looks great. Breakfast was filling. The staff was incredible. Every single staff member I saw was awesome. Highly recommend!!!
My husband and I stayed at this restaurant for an overnight stay and was pleased. The room was clean and well kept and the decor was modern. The only drawback to this hotel was that there is no elevator. There was some noise from our street side window (sirens, horns) but not enough to disturb us while we slept. While the hotel was good for an overnight stay, I wouldn't have wanted to stay much longer than a night or two here.
Needed an overnight stay for a school visit but didn't want to spend a lot. Rooms were clean and remodeled. Breakfast wasn't even bad. I would stay again.
We recently stayed at the Ramada Inn Tuscaloosa. We took a group of students to the University for a quiz bowl tournament. The staff was very friendly and the facilities met what we needed. The hotel is conveniently located to just about anywhere you need to go. Easy in and easy out. One of our students left something in their room and we received a call about the item about thirty minutes after we had left. We were very impressed by that and the great customer service.
