Arrived very late on our way to new Orleans. It was an ok hotel. Clean but the whole place smelled funny.

All members of my party experienced bedbug bites after leaving the hotel. We realized had to come from room that afternoon

Nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Close to several eateries.

Appreciate the upgrades in hotel since last visit. Highly recommend. Best hotel in area.

Hotel staff were great! The hotel needs updating. I could smell smoke pretty bad, in between the entrance and outside when first arriving. Our room smelled like a musty basement. I couldn't get past the smell, so we left. Hotel staff was kind enough to give us a refund but I wasn't impressed with this location Country Inn and Suites

The outside of the hotel is pretty but that's about it. Bed is as uncomfortable as are the pillows. We paid over $100 a night and that was the discounted rate! Pretty on the outside but inside was plain, the elevators had been "keyed" with graffiti, the tires on the luggage trolley were flat and hard to push and the elevator wasn't working well, it actually stalled on one family and it was extremely slow. We didn't bother to stick around for breakfast, we couldn't wait to leave! Don't be fooled by the pretty outside. You'd do just as well at a Motel6 for a lot less money.

Great hotel, close to campus. Staff were very accomodating.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Clean and convenient.

wonderful hotel and staff. very clean and very comfortable

We needed a quick reservation at the last minute so we made one at this Country Inn as we had stayed at their other locations. I had to wait for front desk help to return when I came in to register. Breakfast room was crowded and only one over-worked lady keeping various food items full and taking care of other requests. Quality of food (breakfast) was mediocre.

Wasn't there long but the room was very clean & comfortable. Front desk staff--very helpful & polite. We arrived early & were allowed early check-in. Breakfast was good.

Very comfortable room. Great price.

Smooth check-in. Musty smell in room. Front desk offered Febreeze, which solved the problem. Genrally clean. No "health food" for breakfast, but nice waffles. Actually, they had apples and oranges and Raisin Bran, but no honey, granola, yogurt. They also had biscuits and gravy. Reasonable value.

It been great every time we have stay here.

Location was near everything I was there for.

Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable room with all the amenities you needed.

Thank you for reviewing our property. I know that you and I have already been in contact about this and I am once again, sorry that this was your experience at our property. As stated, we treated the incident as if we found evidence of bedbugs in the room and had the room treated regardless. We do not take things like this lightly, because if and when there is an issue, they can spread and that is the last thing that we would want for our guests or our property. -John Letourneau General Manager
