The staff were amazing, helpful. Safe and Quiet area, but walking distance to beautiful beach and great dining and shopping. Down side no gym and or restaurant on site. Breakfast need more fruit variety.

I liked the fact that the facility was nice and quiet, it had a real nice laid-back vibe to it. The staff were so hospitable and friendly as well as helpful with ideas of what to do to make the trip that much more enjoyable,

First of all, how Villa del Mar treating your deposit is disgraceful!! When we arrived, I gave the reception staff my Debit card. They said, because is a Debit card, and not a Credit, it will take up to 3 weeks to get back my $300 deposit. I used the same Debit card at Niagara Falls, Canada few days before, 5hr after check out, my deposit were back to my card! Villa del Mar using our money for 3 weeks minimum! So now to the nasty staff, it is exactly 4 weeks since I left that place, my money is still not back to my account. I called my bank yesterday, just to be sure I am not saying what is not true! Customer service said, my deposit hasn't paid back by Villa del Mar. I sent an email via their website 2 days ago, asking where is my deposit, have not received reply. I am not going to review the place and the staff, or cleanliness because Villa del Mar's action to use guest's money for weeks - now a month - is disgusting. Also not replying to guest's messages is saying a lot about the management team. Avoid this place at any costs! Now I have to use my money to do an international call to call their number stated on their website and chase my money. Never book this place, ever!

I have been to Turks several times. This property is subpar. The shower had mold, the soaking tub was not clean. No vent in the bathroom. The property is old and out dated. There was visible rust in other parts of the room. I stayed one night as my family extended our trip. Choosing Villa Del Mar was not a good choice. The staff however was amazing, very kind and accommodating.
Nothing not to like, unless you like bigger crowds. Everyone was friendly and helpful, grounds were well maintained and it was maybe a three minute walk to be standing on the beach. We will be back!
Positive : Great location , rooms are very clean and specious , good size pool . Private section at Grace Bay beach, beach is only few hundred feet away . Staff was nice and mostly accommodating . Hotel provides you with beach towels upon request. Negative : Breakfast was very basic : toast , cereal , banana bread , coffee/juce , apple and orange . Bananas weren't available every day (maybe due to hurricane few days before ), water was not available at breakfast . Coffee was horrible. ( Lady who served breakfast was extremally nice and accommodating (5 stars for her ) Had hard time getting clean towels on the day of arrival. Room had only 3 clean towels , we had 4 people . Had to request towels 3 times . A lot of mosquitoes on the balcony , I am not sure if property could do some treatment or not . To be fair , a lot of other places had misquotes on the island , so this might not be a property issue . Don't forget to bring mosquito spray :)
I liked the proximity to the beach, the included chairs and umbrellas. Staff was professional and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean.
Great staff -everyone is smiling and sweet. Ruthie at the front desk and Bill at the bar are two standouts that really take service over the top. Love it here!
Rooms was very nice. We had a little kitchenette and washer and dryer which was great. Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach with a very friendly beach attendant, Probably one of the best values on Grace Bay.
A boutique hotel minutes from the beach. Clean, quiet and cozy. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely stay there again on fututure trips.
