There was a problem with there not being a hotel shuttle from the airport but the hotel paid for my tax from the airport. I really liked the fact that they did that. By the name of the hotel, i thought it was closer to the airport not 35 km away.
Hotel staff was very friendly and offered us a late checkout when they saw how tired we were, but when we got to our room, there was urine all over the toilet.
I disliked the fact that the airport shuttle was available only if you arrive before 12 or after 6, otherwise there is no shuttle available and it costs $25 for the cab ride to hotel which is about an hour. It was an airport hotel, but only for the old airport. It's not convenient to the new airport. Expedia should not advertise this hotel as an airport hotel. Also, it is not a free airport shuttle. We were charged 5 euros each for this service going back to the airport.

Very nice. No one told us you need to use hotel card to make elevator run or turn on lights in room. Hotel was very nice. Wish they would have told us where the shuttle picks you up at airport. (Gate B)

I was slated to stay in the airport for a 9 hour layover. Thanks to Orbitz Rewards I was able to get a night stay for free. So happy to have a super comfy bed and warm shower. Didn't stay long enough for breakfast Shuttle in the morning back to the airport was great and timely and the driver helpful and friendly. Arrived too late at night for the shuttle from the airport but the taxi only cost 20 Turkish Lira. (The manager told me this price over the phone so I wouldn't get taken advantage). Front desk staff were friendly. Loved that the window seen from my bed looked over the Istanbul city lights.
