We were giving a handicapped access room, which we didn't ask and didn't need either. The room seemed lacking maintenance, cracked shower floor, wife was not very happy.

Needed a place to stay on our way home from hurricane Irma. Luckily they let dogs stays and was very clean for being a dog friendly hotel. Rooms and bed were very comfortable. Contintenal breakfast also included. Overall very satisfying stay!

Beds were clean and room generally clean although there were dusty areas on furniture --around microwave. Most annoying thing---WiFi never worked. Clean lobby and public areas very clean and nice.

The Hotel was easy to find and the facilities were clean and fresh. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable appointments. The staff was very courteous and most helpful. The Continental Breakfast was Awesome. The grounds were clean and well maintained. This hotel was a Crown Jewel of all the LaQuinta's in which I have stayed and was the reason I chose to book another in Franklin TN which was a MISTAKE.

Our overall experience was really good. The only issue I have is the firmness of the beds. A little too firm for me. Other than that, loved our stay.

We like the breakfast, close to town, staff very helpful and nice.

We have stayed at this laquinta 3 or 4 times now. It is a perfect location for our trips from Illinois to Gulf Coast of Alabama. The first few times were great! Newly remodeled. Already showing wear on this last trip. Bedding not as crisp. Wrinkled shower curtain. Ice bucket not clean. We love this location & hope the changes are temporary & not a sign of the future.

The room was pretty typical for the price point. Nothing to complain about. Front desk was staffed by someone not from the area and therefore was not able to help with directions. The breakfast was horrible. The sausage was over cooked so barfly it snapped when you tried to cut.

The Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean, the hotel staff is friendly and the price was great.

Very comfortable room. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of shelves under sink for storage. Only complaint: Walls are a little thin so I could hear people next door. Staff very friendly.

Greeted by Cheerfull staff ,and very informative also. Room was clean and rest of hotel was as well. The Breakfast was top notch,,, fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, toast and bagels were out, as well as cerials fuit milk and juice. Something for everyone,,, Thank you La Quinta for the great stay... oh and making my pets welcome,,,, added bonus.....

clean, quiet good place to sleep No shuttle bus to/from airport no restaurant, no lounge and place to sleep

I was traveling from Savannah, GA to Las Vegas, NV, and have always trusted La Quinta. They didn't fail me this time, either. Wonderful service, and they understood that my 6yo dog traveling with me had separation anxiety and may bark while I was out to dinner. They were very understanding! The room was clean, newly remodeled, the amenities very nice, and the breakfast area large & well stocked. Loved my stay! Thank you!

I stayed at La Quinta Tupelo on my way between Atlanta and Oxford, I wasn't looking for much, just a well priced place to lay my head for a few hours. The staff was friendly and efficent, the room clean and comfortable. Every possible chain resturant was nearby if you wanted something to eat. There is a nice small breakfast in the morning, and its and easy on and off the highway. Well worth the cost.

Well, first of all, my 9 year old daughter found a liquor bottle that had a good bit of liquor in it in the hotel room right after we checked in. NOT GOOD!!!! Secondly, the door on the TV stand fell off, cutting my leg pretty badly. The rooms were nice, just not as clean as they should be. There were hairs in the shower and the floors were dirty. That being said, the staff was extremely friendly and the hotel appears to be very new. A few changes and the hotel could be great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The airline lost my luggage for 2 days and the hotel provided me with everything I need to get myself by while I waited. The entire hotel especially the room was very clean.

early morning staff could be more attentive instead of playing on computer in business center

Thank you taking the time to give us some feedback on your stay. I am sorry about the Wifi and I hope that you called the front desk to let them know, so they could reset it. I will relay your comments onto our housekeeping supervisor and that a plan of action is in place. I hope that you will come back again!
