This hotel is out of the way, and not worth it once you find it. We stop to check in on our way to a football game in Oxford. The cigarette smoke in the reception area was pungent. We checked in, but then picked another hotel to spend the night. Wasted money, wasted time and the hotel is a waste of bricks and bed sheets.

Small town stay. Quiet and nice. Staff are nice, love their breakfast. Overall it's a good place.

I have no complaints. We didn't have any problems. Nothing was amazing, but as the same time nothing was horrible just an average stay. I will definitely be returning.

The hotel was in a good location for us to travel to Oxford for the game. The bathroom wasn't very clean when we checked in. Housekeeping also didn't make the beds or change the sheets or anything from night 1 to night 2. Overall the hotel was fine for what we needed.

Stained towels and bed linens. Antiquated TV. The owner had to come to my room to resolve the issue with the TV. I'm not sure if he looked around, but I was embarrassed for him. I'm a big boy and not real picky, had I been with my wife though, we would have gone somewhere else.

Overall it was ok. The room could have been cleaned a little better and we would hear the TV next door.

Hotel was clean, staff was great. Wish it had a pool, but other than that it was everything we wanted.

Although the rate was good and the location was convenient, the room was less than I expected. The furniture needed updating and the bathroom was dirty (tub, toilet and floors). The continental breakfast left much to be desired. I would not recommend this as a 3 star motel ([...]star rating).

The prize was right and the room was clean. I would stay their again. Short distance to several resturants and shopping.

Just passing thru to my destination.Would NOT recommend. Hair in the shower when pulled shower curtain back. Mold on bottom of tub & at bottom of shower curtain. Mr Eraser would prob help. There was a used towel hanging on back of door that I did not notice night before or I would have not stayed there. Clearly it had not been cleaned properly.

Everything I expected - no surprises.

There on business. Sleeping room needed. Hot water in shower, coffee maker,fridge,microwave.Basics.Construction crew heaven. There in off season so very, very economical.Quiet, conveniently located, friendly service.Computer access in lobby for those without laptops. Breakfast basics.

...was chosen for a rest-up during travel to a military reunion. It was very clean and served quite well.

the staff was very gracious, but i probably would not stay there again, simply there are better choices all around.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and neat. Safe, well-lit parking area. Very reasonable rate.

The room was clean, many amenities were available, staff was very friendly, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Price was right!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. The location was ok but further than I thought from my destination.

my experience was a good one. nice and quiet and restfull just what i was trying to do just get away.

This was a one night stop in route to convention. Pool was closed as the owner was building new up scale hotel next door that took out pool. New pool will be "shared" between the two hotels after the new one is finished. (probably next year)

There was a cockroach in my room, the cleaning staff was rude, the continental breakfast was a joke, and if you wanted to buy snacks, you had to go to the lobby. Also, for some odd reason, there were open bibles all over the motel. The free high speed internet access was good, and there are in-room fridges and microwaves, and other than the roach, the place was clean, but I really hate roaches.
