This was one of the nastiest motels I've ever booked through Orbitz. The room stunk & the curtains were torn & had holes in them. They looked original to the motel from the beginning of time. My nephew also had a room & his was just as disgusting. I'll NEVER stay there again & I'd recommend steering clear of this place.

I did not like the location of the property and it was not clean. The top cover had stains on it. The bathroom light plug was shorting out. The breakfast was really poor.... No coffee was ready at 9:00 am.

I liked the size of the rooms, the cleanlinest of the property, and the breakfast. The staff was very pleasant and essy to talk with. There really wasn't anything that l did not like. T

Clean, comfortable room. Was not pleased that desk clerk kept a copy of my credit card. When I commented I was told that only managers have access to them and that it was for my protection.....right. We arrived at 11 and were gone by five a.m.,

Stayed for 2 nights and had no problems. The pool is only a little bigger than a bathtub though. Had good breakfast. Loved the waffles. All in all, good hotel to stay at.

I was charged $20 security deposit at check-in. I don't remember this mentioned on advertisement of or when I reserved the room. A woman at check-out was unfriendly, unyielding and raised her voice citing check-out policy. She asked if the room was empty and had I locked the door. I told her my friend was loading the car and was sure he would be done by the time someone was ready to check the room. This is when she tersely said the must be empty before getting anyone to check the room . I tried to assure her that the room would be empty by the time she got someone to check it. This is when she be came quite loud citing check-out policy. I left the lobby went to make sure room was empty. My friend was already out of the room and standing at the car waiting for me. He said someone came in the room to check it as he was leaving. Got my security deposit and left. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. The woman I mentioned did not appear to be the desk clerk. Will not stay at this motel again and will not recommend it.

One night stay during fair days. Room was nice and clean. Also quiet. Got a non-smoking room which was fine but the hallway smelled very smoky. No time to use pool or exercise equipment but looked good. Very nice for the price. Was not expecting to have to pay additional $20 deposit since I had pre-payed. Deposit was return on check out.

Got up in the morning and went to get cash deposit back. They won't let you use a credit card. I explained I needed yo go to work and needed my cash for lunch because the roach coach doesn't take credit cards. I offered again to use a credit card because my wife had family coming into town and would pick her up in about an hour. The man gave me my deposit and said he understood she was still there and would check out later. 30 minutes later manager was beating on the door saying she had to leave and wasn't allowed on the property. This was at 830am. Check out is at 11am. She said we destroyed the room and scammed her help out of the $20 deposit.She said we lied about calling when we got there to report the damage . The room card was still with my wife in the room and she yelled at her and called her a sorry liar. Neither of us have ever been in trouble, and really did not appreciate her atlttitude or accusations. She said her staff only reported a hole in the door and are not allowed to give back the deposit until a full room inspection so we must have scammed him somehow. We will never go back here.

I just needed a place to sleep and shower while in Tulsa. This hotel did the job. The pool was really warm and was a plus. The breakfast wasn't anything special. Just cereal and eggo waffles. All in all it did the job. Couldn't ask for more at $45 a night.

When I arrived the person at the desk was on thier cell phone and never greeted me. I thought this person was EXTREMELY rude. This person never spoke to me, wave their hand at me to get me to give them my itenerary I had printed off of here. This person checked me in and gave me my keys without really speaking to me in more then a whisper, not to interupt their phone call. Other then that it was a great stay. I'd recommend it. I had no problems, the manager was VERY nice and the person at night was nice, it was just the evening clerk that wasn't. The hot tub wasn't the greatest but it was nice. Very clean hotel. I went to visit and pick up a friend. It was a great experince and I'd stay there next time I go to Tulsa.

I stay at this hotel regularly. As usual my stay was pleasant and comfortable. However, They still have an issue with the hot water. Turn on the shower and go watch TV for ten minutes, by this time you should have hot water. I'm serious about that. The bed was a little lumpy but over all it was a good stay. I will stay there again. I have always gotten excellent customer service there as well.

The hotel is clean and everything works, which has not always been the case in my travels. The breakfast was good. Really the only complaint I have about the place is that it takes forever to get hot water in the shower. Some reveiws claim there is no hot water but thats not true it just takes ten minutes for it to reach your room. Serioulsy, go start your shower then come back and watch TV for ten minutes then go check n see if water is warming up. Kind of a pain in the butt but it does work. The internet is fast but you have to use their cable and it cost $10.00 to rent it. They will refund your money for the cable at checkout (remember to take it to the front desk with you ). All in all a nice clean place to stay.

Checked in late on Friday night, then went out for some fun. Returned early Saturday morning about 4:00 and went to shower, no hot water, also the TV remote did not work. Bed was a cheap mattress and uncomfortable. Checked out on Saturday and went home. When checking out the desk clerk made it sound like the problem with the room was our fault. Yes, I lost money, but I was not willing to spend another night in that hotel.

I found this hotel to be adedquate for the price offered. I had a nice quiet evening. Front desk help was pleasant. NO major complaints.. I had a 55 dollar room and feel that I got a good bargain.

good place to sleep

I just needed a place to sleep and shower while in Tulsa. This hotel did the job. The pool was really warm and was a plus. The breakfast wasn't anything special. Just cereal and eggo waffles. All in all it did the job. Couldn't ask for more at $45 a night.
