Arrived right at check in time since I had been visiting outdoors exhibits around the city and was ready for a shower. The room wasn't quite ready but they did a great job of taking care of it in minutes. The ladies at the desk were very professional and friendly. I had a good nights sleep and was on my way.

I called around midnight because there was a group of people making a lot of noise. Mercedes handled the situation and i slept the rest of the night without an issue.

inexperienced staff charged by credit card even though the reservation was pre-paid. Then the person on staff during business hours did not have the authority to do a simple credit card transaction to correct what they saw was an error on their part. This caused me to spend an hour or more of my time dealing with something that I shouldn't have had to deal with.

We stopped here on our way across the country, and it was a clean, relaxing place to stop for the night. The room was big and the staff was helpful. The continental breakfast even included a do-it-yourself waffle iron. We were also traveling with a cat and an 80-pound dog, and the hotel was glad to have them!

We arrived around 9:30pm with our reservations, to find that the hotel was overbooked. It took about 1.5 hours in total until we got into our room; not what we wanted after a long, tiring day. We had reserved a king room, but all they ended up having was double rooms. Since we had paid for a king, we asked if we would be getting a discount/ price adjustment. After checking with the manager, the staff told us no there would be no change in price. Anyway, when we finally got our room keys and got up to the room, only to find that it was occupied. Luckily, their door had the latch on it, but still that must have been an unpleasant surprise for them at 11 at night. We did eventually get into an empty room after having to go back down to the desk. The lady helping us was friendly and apologetic; unfortunately for her she was having to deal with problems caused by others. On the up side, when we checked out we found that they did in fact discount the room for us.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was that it claimed to be handicap accessible for my wife. However, it did not have a walk in shower and the handrail on the side of the tub was extremely wobbly. The shower chair they provided would not have supported the weight of a small child much less that of an adult. There was very little space for her to use her walker in the room as the furniture was oddly placed. Staff was very friendly!

Good value for the money. Close to everything. Clean room. No complaints.

the staff were very accomodating. the room was large and clean

realy enjoyed mystay the staff went out of thier way to make us comfertable and very knowageable of the area

okay for any traveler they have all the basics covered.

Will recommend to friends and will be booking, more dates next year.

Really enjoyed the stay and the room was very clean. Would stay there again. We have stayed at other la Quinta's and always had good luck staying at them and the price was right.

Although getting to the hotel was a little stressful because of construction, the hotel itself made up for it. The staff was very friendly, and the room clean and pleasant.

We had requested smoke free room and none were avilable. They told us Orbitz made the mistake. They were sold out that night. Whole floor was smoke filled. But they did move us the next morning and everything wss fine then. We had a late check in requested, but I think they put us in the smoke room. It was awful. I will not reserve through Orbitz again without calling the hotel before I arrive.
