The description for the room was not accurate, and the room was filthy. We found a diaper in the cushion of the chair, and there were stains on both comforters.

Nice stay

Staff were incredibly rude upon arrival, they avoided any questions. The beds didn’t have blankets.

When we first checked in the girl asked to see my credit card that I had use that I paid in full for the room to put a $50 accidental fee. I said no problem I asked her which card I used and she gave me a random last four numbers that none of them were a card that I had. So I gave her my card then she said go down the hall to the elevator on the right and the elevator was on the left. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but hall and stairwell was dirty and missing some carpet and the reason we were in the stairwell is because the elevator broke down, so I had to help my handicapped husband come down the stairs once for breakfast, and then go back up the stairs, and then when we were leaving, trying to haul all of our luggage and our three-year-old granddaughter down the stairs was not fun. Last thing. Breakfast was not very good , the orange juice tasted funny and the apple juice was very watery. I do feel the manager behind the desk handled complaints very well. The police were called so my three-year-old granddaughter had to witness an argument with bad language.

This hotel is right across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. We literally walked to the casino safely using the traffic lights and walk signals. Fast food dining is immediately available in walking distance from the hotel as is a Walgreens and other businesses. We would definitely stay there again.

Not bad. Avoid the fake egg mix for breakfast. The pool was warm and clean and the room was perfectly clean!

The staff was nice and quick to help. There's several dining options nearby and it's across the road from the Hard Rock.

Housekeeping walked in while we were still in bed. Coffee pod to use was already open. Floors dirty. Mold in shower. Alarm went off at 6 am without setting.

We had a quiet nights rest on our road trip. We always take a break at this property.

Room hadn’t been cleaned well. Picked up numerous pieces of trash off floor. Infested with Ants! They now charge for pets even though they did not report that to Orbitz and stated that wasn’t their problem. Staff slow at check in. Room had air leak in window, windy night and it was crazy noisy. Stayed in LaQuintas all over the US and this one was not on or with the rest. Wont stay here again, sadly.

We booked this hotel because it had a hot tub but the hot tub was broken. When the lady came in she was very gruff and said something like, the hot tub is broken, you're going to have to leave. The rooms don't have carpet which looks nice but I think it makes everything so much louder. Kept hearing a dog barking randomly then sounded like some kids upstairs were running laps late into the night. It was hard to get sleep because of the noise. The bed was quite comfy and the water pressure was nice in the shower but we were super disappointed that the hot tub was cold and it wasn't posted anywhere.

Clean, friendly, comfortable, and accommodating

easy access on and off highway

The prices are reasonable and the hotel is always clean. And the staff has always been very friendly

The hotel is very nice with numerous casual restaurant dining within walking distance. What was disappointing to me was the condition of my room. Yes the room was clean. That was not the problem. The problem was the burnt out vanity light above the bathroom mirror. Also, I had no chair for my desk. I reported the chair being missing after I checked in. I spent two nites in the room; and, my request for a desk chair was never fulfilled.

Very loud in hallways, too much of a gap under doorways. You can hear everything all night long

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you suffered during your stay. Unfortunately, a guest vandalized the elevator on Saturday night which is why it wasn't working. I will be sure to check on the breakfast. Sincerely,
