Was ok, room could have been a little more clean.

Everything was great-location, accommodations, food nearby, clean.

Great hotel, especially if you are attending a concert or event as it was an easy 10 minute drive to the hotel. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Great room for the low cost.

Stains on the bed, peeling paint, water in the fridge... cheap but shows it.

I have a physical disability and the hotel does. It have an elevator. I was given a room on the 2nd floor and not provided a room on the ground floor.

It was a small room and breakfast was ok. Other than how small the room was our stay was ok

This was the best hote! Better than the mainstream ones, Bestwestern, LaQuinta, etc The breakfast was amazing, had everything!

My husband got in late and left early between flights, but enjoyed our stay! Clean room and comfy beds. Definitely recommend!

This hotel should have lower star not a 3 star hotel, not even have a elevator inthe hotel and the breasfast is so so .

We had a pleasant stay. While I did request a Non smoking room, and got one, someone else previously had smoked in that room. We were offered & given air freshener, but not another room. It worked somewhat, but then the air freshener was an irritation to our sinuses. Fortunately we could open the windows.

I expected more than I got. Just not worth the price.

Stayed overnight before flying out of town for business. Staff was very friendly and able to help. Continental breakfast was great. Needs some remodel/update work, but quite nice for the price.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Great location.

Hotel was par, nothing remarkably good or bad. Decent for a short stay.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was fine but this most recent stay left a lot to be desired. The living roon carpet had too many stains to count, broken glass on picture over the couch with sharp edges sticking out. I also called for wake up calls since there wasnt an alarmclock in the room. First day came 11 minutes late and the second never came. when checking out I had to go to my car, google the number and call for an employee to take my cards.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from St. Louis to Dallas. Got there late, and had no need/plans to do anything in Tulsa other than get gas, so the location was perfect. We had a comfortable, clean room and the staff was very nice. Only complaint is the selection of breakfast items - it would have been nice to have some sort of eggs - scrambled, boiled... The pool was clean, and my son enjoyed a swim before we left. Great room and overall ambiance for the price.

I checked out of the hotel on Tues, April 15th and I did not notice my tablet, a black Microsoft Surface RT with black type cover, was missing until I arrived at my next location. I immediately called the hotel and tried to speak to the manager, who was unavailable, less than 24 hrs after I checked out. It took him 2 hours to call me back. In the meantime, I spoke to the corporate customer service who told me I had to directly contact the local management who "did not keep a set schedule". While I was out of service zone, he called and left a voicemail, and I responded after returning to cell phone service. He said that he and his staff had tore the hotel apart and did not find my tablet. He urged me to double check my belongings. And I did. I knew exactly where I had last places my tablet, on top of the microwave in the cabinet in my hotel room, and yet they couldn't find it. I filed a police report, and noticed the management that I would be back in Tulsa on Friday. Friday afternoon, 20 minutes before I arrived, they rented the room I stayed in to someone else, so I was therefore denied from searching the room myself. The manager/owner of the hotel stands behind each one of his employees have worked with him for "over 5 years". But, if the room hadn't been rented out, and everyone had checked the room, and various parts of the hotel, where is my tablet? It should still be on top of the microwave in the cupboard. And if it's not, there must be some other explanation. While the rooms were nice, there were stains in the carpet, and the decor was outdated. The only saving grace was Brenda, the evening desk clerk. She was a sweetheart. And when my office chair was broken (the last place I was using my tablet on the desk!) she replaced it quickly. There are many other hotels in Tulsa. I would STRONGLY recommend staying somewhere else. Unless you want things missing, or an owner/manager who isn't geared towards customer service.

Spent the days visiting the local events and are evenings in the pool. Staff went out of there way to check on us and make sure we were comfortable. Traveling with a three yr old is tough. A nice hotel off the beaten path at a great value. Sincerely Thank You.

The trifecta of a hotel on life support. I guess it could get worst. Everything is less than you would expect. Noisy doors, loud neighbors, desk help that truly doesn't understand "hospitality". Get some spirit in the place. Could be a Motel 6 with a lot of help.

Breakfast was very good! It was quiet, safe, and clean.
