Did not like hotel and would not recommend. Only picked because they allow pets. Started out with getting a room that had other people's stuff in it. Once we got our room changed, we noticed that the floor was covered with dead bugs. Breakfast was also disappointing.

Hotel was close to major freeways and had a decent breakfast offering.

The air conditioner worked great Mine was broken

Was in town for NCAA men's b'ball tournament, so location & TV were important. Cable TV did not include TRU channel

The sheets were stained & there were no protectant covers between the sheets and mattress, It was disgusting. You spend a lot of money for a hotel to just get this?

The only negative inside the room was a hanging outlet strip full of cords when I had to move the coffeemaker down in front of the microwave to reach it. The outside negative was much worse. Our room was near the back entrance, but we had to park in front at night due to the drug dealing going on in the back parking lot. No police presence the whole weekend. Walking so far was difficult due to my disability.

Clean, affordable, decent place. WiFi slow. Good for business traveler.

Friendly staff and real helpful. Only thing I think it needs is a hot tub to be perfect.

Needs window cleaning in the lobby, to make it more appealing. Good cleaning service in the rooms. Trying to figure out why they charged me extra $50.00 after paying $6.73 for State Sales Tax, and $3.95 for City Tax. My total for 3 nights was $187.00 + 32.04 in these two fees. = Total should be $219.04. But they charged me an extra $50.00 that does not show up in the receipt what is for the grand total was $269.04.?????

Hotel wasn't bad, but 3 people registered for one room and there was only 2 Towels and one of those was falling apart. Coffe pot will only do one cup of coffee at a time.

not to bad if you like bugs.first room had 7 big black bugs crawling on the floor ask for another room it had 2 that we saw finaly didnt see any in 3rd room on other side of building never again

I wanted a good deal on a hotel, and based upon the reviews I read I thought this hotel would be a decent, clean choice. With that being said, we were located on the 4th floor and it reeked of smoke even though the whole floor was labeled "non-smoking". We were greeted by a dead cricket at our hotel door. Once inside, the beds were clean. However, there were more crickets lurking in the corner waiting to hope around once the lights were out. The shower floor had footprints and dirt in it and I did not feel comfortable enough for my girls and I to shower in it. The toilet appeared clean, but when helping my youngest I discovered this filthy black ring on the underneath side.... absolutely gross. The elevator was not working right and we thought we were stuck. An older couple staying there said it wasn't working right. We took the stairs the rest of the time. The continental breakfast was not well stocked, crumbs and trash were everywhere and no employee was in sight. We went out to eat for breakfast instead. If it weren't for arriving at midnight with a 3 year old and 6 year old, I would have absolutely stayed somewhere else. The clerk took $30 off our bill for this uncleanliness... thank goodness. So essentially, we only paid $35 for the hotel.... and this rating is fit for a $35 hotel.

Took an hour to get checked in due to the person working the counter not knowing how to handle the reservation.

Stayed one night but went off without a problem. The air conditioner worked great (unusual at other motels oftentimes), staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, lots of pillows on bed and furniture and bed were comfortable. All in all a very good deal for the rate. I would definitely go back there again.

Hard to locate off the XWay

clean and comfortable. very helpful desk staff.

Great service and súper fast Check in.... Friendly staff and clean Rooms. Would stay here again.

Shopping, eating and visiting. The location is great for any activity you're looking for and yet away from the noise. Comfortable room and great bed and shower.

Stayed for two nights, in town on business. The staff here were very friendly, the rooms were spotless and bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Tulsa, each time a different one and for the money the Hampton Inn is my pick.

Thank you for writing a review. It is a delight to know that our pet policy was favorable to you. On the other hand, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay due to the service you received from our staff, the cleanliness of your room and that your breakfast experience was less than anticipated at that time. This is certainly not the kind of experience we would like you to have. We are striving hard for excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be forwarded to the hotel management to ensure that situations like this won't happen again from now on. We hope for another chance to exceed your expectations.
