I always have a good knight sleep, and love the breakfast buffet.

Carpet throughout hotel were stained and dirty. The room tvs are outdated. Only one ice maker available for all guests and has been that way for years that I have stayed there. The three star rating is over rated. The hotel needs an overhaul.

My best friends sister booked this hotel. I'm in love with this hotel! I'm from Maine & don't know anything about this area. I usually do my research on places to stay. But I trusted her judgement & fell in love with this hotel. So stayed a 2nd night! The 2 Room comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff was above my expectations. But when the cook to order breakfast was provided that sealed the deal. Love <3 My only complaint is they're only 1 not national. Heart broken :?(

Hotel has potential to be nice. Room size is good but everything is old an falling apart. Room had a deodorixer smell. Fixtures in bathroom rusted, wallpaper falling down, toilet seat even old and needs replacing. They spruce it up with product samples in the bathroom but even towels are thin and old. Lampshades faded and crooked and missing knob to keep them in place. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old and foam and mattress did not have mattress pad cover and was covered with a flat sheet which was short and you felt like you were sleeping directly on mattress. Hotel looked like an old Embassy Suite. Had the room and lobby set up like that. Breakfast was another disappointment. Everything looked like food but did not taste real. Eggs were fake, no real butter. Only ate there 1x out of 3 days. Not worth it! Free parking was best part of experience.

Room was still dirty when we checked in which was 10 minuts befoere 4pm. It took 3 nice pleasant ladies to clean it right away while we waited. I was awaken from a pleasant smell of waffles and bacon from the breakfast bar buffet right in the middle of the hotel. We loved the experience from staying at this place since everyone was very friendly, polite and beautiful holiday spirit scenario all around.

I enjoyed my stay here in room 118. I was pleasantly surprised that even though I had an end unit next to the exit door on the 1st floor. I didn't hear anything. No exit door slamming, no stomping feet above or neighboring noises. Although the room is very comfortable like a 1 bedroom apartment minus the kitchen portion. It does need a little paint touch ups in the bathroom. Comfy bed. Slept like a rock! Happy hour! Yum! Wilbur's onsite restaurant! Super yummy! I made reservations again for my next stay!

The staff was courtesy, the price was affordable, the room is large, the amenities haven't been updated in years.

It was relaxing and fun! Bed was comfortable, room was large, felt like home!

stayed in older room that could use an upgrade. bathroom was very old

One of the best values in town. Clean room and comfortable. Not a 5 star but not 5 star prices either. Very good breakfast.

Nice hotel, however, they need to invest in repairing some of the fixtures (ex. tub had rust, sink nobs had rust at the base.) otherwise, staff was friendly.

Very comfortable atrium hotel. Friendly staff and beautiful holiday decorations. The pool was very private, perfect for swimming on a AZ winter day.

The TV in the living room was so snowing and had such poor reception I could not watch it. When I made the reservation I specifically requested a smoking room and upon check in I was told none of the rooms were smoking so I'm liable for an additional $250 charge since I didn't want to go down three floors to go outside in 108 degree temperature to smoke. It would be better if you notified people who do request smoking rooms that they are not available. There was some goo running down the cabinet under the microwave. Other than the problems I encountered, it is a nice hotel.

not coming back, old tv, old room, old shower... smell like tobacco

Everything was provided for and the breakfast buffet was awesome. loved the experience of being there

We spent 2 days in Tucson on a spur of the moment trip and were very pleased with the service and staff. the breakfast bar was very good . would stay again.

hi. This hotel has two type of rooms: the new ones and the old ones. If you get lucky you get to have one of he clean and new ones, if you dont, you get a room with an old TV, smelling bad, old sheets, old restroom and bathtub, And with a really bad smell... we had to open the windows... besides, if you book online you get one of the old rooms and thats what happened to my mom and me....

The fitness room had equipment in disrepair. The 1 weight machine was mostly broken and there were no free weights as the description indicated. The breakfast buffet had questionable sanitary issues from serving spoons constantly falling on floor due to poor setup and napkin wrapped handles always had food from the spoons that rubbed against them. After the first 2 days of 7 we stopped eating breakfast since free was to high a price against our potential contamination. The staff were somewhat indifferent about the breakfast area but in other parts of hotel were nice and helpful. Cleanliness was better away from the breakfast area.

Very old facilities, buffet not enough because hotel it was 100% reserved (holidays at Mexico). Anyway you can get so far better hotel for same price.
