We were in town for a visit to University of Arizona. Hotel within walking distance and located off the retail district near the college. Hotel staff were good. Hotel was clean but in need of a makeover which is apparently in the works for later this year. It will be an excellent location when that is completed. I would recommend it for the location and price point.

Great experience. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.

SO LOUD. My mistake staying at the University hotel on Friday night- general shenanigans until well into the early morning hours.

Good location near the UA campus. Nice staff, but very tired hotel. most features are 20+ years old. Clean.

Everyone was very kind courteous and professional. The hotel was clean and neat. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would change would be at least one more garbage can in every room. The small kid was not enough to hold all.

My elderly mom and I spent two nights here, visiting my wildcat son. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful staff. Food at hotel was decent for breakfast but a bit expensive versus what is available in the surrounding area at $15 for the buffet. Room could have been a cleaner as there were some dirty places on bathroom floor and we saw what appeared to be a mason jar with some liquid in it. Beautiful view from balcony but a bit noisy anytime as you might expect from a college area.

Overall good stay..should have complimentary water not $4 a bottle..kids don't understand why they couldn't have the water lol

We had reserved 5 rooms our flight was delayed, check in was later than the rest of the family, so they gave us, Mom and Dad (paying for the other rooms) the worst room facing the parking lot with no balcony. For the price, we should have been given at better room. It's a good location, you can walk downtown and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Overall this is a good hotel to stay at especially if you are planning type of visit to the U of A. Easy check in and check out. Clean rooms. And if you have the Elite status for Marriott then lots of extra bonuses on the concierge level. NOTE - Be aware that you will most likely have to pay for parking in one of the surrounding garages or overnight with the hotel.

This hotel has a nice appearance, friendly staff. My room was on the second floor and I was kept awake most of the night with the street noise outside. Very disappointed. The higher floors might be quieter, but stay off the Second Floor...

This was the perfect location for visiting our daughter who is living in the dorms on campus. The in and out parking was very convenient. We stayed on the concierge level - excellent staff, and very easy and tasty breakfast. The suite was spacious, quiet and clean.

The location is the best. Clsoe to everywhere. the romms are nice and comfortable. the service is excellent. the breakfast is great. quick and easy check in and check out.

Excellent location if you need to be at UofA in Tucson. Staff is very very helpful and does everything and more to make sure you are fully satisfied. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well kept up.

The location is very good in the universityof Arizona.

I WENT TO TUSCON TO VISIT A PROSPECTIVE UNIVERSITY. EVERYTHING AT THE MARRIOTT WAS GREAT!

The staff was nice and helpful when I needed Information. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would book this hotel again

located downtown within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. Staff was courteous. Parking is an extra fee during the week. Stayed in a double room that was nicely decorated and perfect for a business traveler. Room was spacious and clean. This is not a value hotel, but worth the room rate I paid. Dining in the hotel seemed expensive, so I walked to one of the local restaurants.

Excellent clean rooms. Hotel located near U of A.

Hotel's staff was friendly, breakfast very good. The hotel is at walking distance from The University of Arizona.
