Not sure why people gave it a low rating. Everything was clean and in good condition. Everything worked and it was great for the price. Desk clerk was nice too.

Although I don't consider myself a "picky" person, there were some things I couldn't ignore. First, in the original room I got, the phone was dead and the TV remote would not change channels. The front desk was sympathetic and gave me an upgraded room (king bed instead of queen). The phone was dead still and desk told me a repairman had been there and would be back. I checked in on 5/9 and out on 5/12 and the phone was still dead. Another negative was the fact that all the outside sidewalks were filthy and really needed a scrubbing. On the plus side, the room was pretty clean and comfortable enough and minimal noises from outside and adjacent rooms. The morning/day clerk seemed almost oblivious to my complaint about the phone, and was more intent on doing "paperwork". Depending on which friend I might be talking to, I might or might not recommend this motel.

Paper thin walls, unprofessional front desk staff wearing sagged jeans and a wrinkled t shirt. Cigarette burns in blanket/sheets. Terrible and very uncomfortable.

I stayed at this Super 8 at least twice before and have not been disappointed. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Though it was not of concern to me, it is fairly close to downtown and to I-10.

Smelled of cigarette smoke even though `smoke free.' Lights didn't work. Went to staff. She stumbled around room and found a lamp that worked. Bed felt `soggy.' Next time I'll sleep in my car.

First room had no hair dryer, refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. Moved to a different room....better but not good. No cabinetry of shelves in bathroom, no place to put any toiletries. Extremely small closet with 4 hangers. Phone didn't work, carpet left your feet black. Holes in blanket, tub faucet dripped. Overall, worst hotel I've ever stayed in....would NEVER go back!!!

Woke during the nite. Turned on the light and the roaches scattered.

The hotel is a great deal especially for the price. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good too.

I would definitely stay here again, this is a nice place. But for the price, they could have had more breakfast.

If you are passing thru and are just looking for a night to stay then this place is ok

The room was OK to stay overnight. It's convenient location outweighs anything else, only a few blocks form Interstate 10. The breakfast-continental-style- was a great for a beginning snack for the day. I was able to get breakfast and gasoline within a few short steps before leaving. The radio and tv helped me relax and get a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed.

Nothing special but I have stayed in way worse ! Bed was fairly comfy and room was clean, no problems and right off of freeway. If you have kids or want to swim stay elsewhere they have a mini pool and no hot tub. Also their breakfast consists of oj, apple juice, coffee, muffins, and toast....

I stayed here for the recent Gem and Jam festival. Location was close to the venue. Room was decent sized, and included a fridge. I noticed some rooms had nicer flat screen TVs while mine had a small CRT. As far as cleanliness and neatness goes, this room had some minor flaws. Not really a lot of food in the area, but there is a safeway about a mile away. No pool or hot tub (unlike all the other surrounding hotels). A bit pricey, and I booked in advance, but it is my understanding the prices are always higher for the duration of the gem show.

Very clean rooms. Fridge and micro in room really nice. Only stayed 2 nights but would stay here again.

Check in/out was a breeze. Everything in the room was very clean but perhaps a little shabby. However, I was traveling on a budget so I was willing to forgo luxury. I felt safe, the property was quiet, clean, convenient to the highway and well priced - I will stay here again.

didn"t get clean bedding 2nd nite, had smoking room they didn" even clean ashtrays, didn"t replace coffee for 2nd day no new creamer , sugar pack etc. didn"t leave enough towels, for 2nd day, 2 adults 2kids and 1 bath towel what a joke, super 8 was a good motel for the price 15 years ago but today my opinion just above a flop house now overpriced for what we got

Nice clean place to stay while in Tucson. The staff was very helpful and very polite. Price was good, and it was easy to find!

This hotel is in a quiet, relaxing area, easy to reach with a good choice of restaurants nearby.

Had a late check in which was handy and very easy. The woman at the desk was very friendly and made some nice conversation. I got up to my room and found out the toilet wouldn't flush unless I used a plunger for at least two minutes. The wifi was also down during my entire trip, which was not helpful. Certain things were close and other things were quite a ways away. I went to spend time with my boyfriend and it took probably ten minutes at least to get anywhere near where he was from the hotel. Over all, it was a great place to sleep and shower.

Spent 2 nights there while attending a graduation at the University of AZ. We were very pleased with the room. It was very clean, no odors, there was a microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board in the room which we did not expect in a budget motel. Restaurants were very handy and it was very handy to the freeway, but just far enough away that noise was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again
