Close to airport. Nice inside pool and gardens very pleasent staff! Just a littlenoisy to hearpeolein room above me walking around at all hoursof night. I stayed 3 nights and found it to be a great deal for the cost.

The property is badly in need of an update. The furniture is in fair condition (missing pieces), drawers need repair. Tiles in the bathroom are missing. The counter tops need repair. BUT, it is extremely clean. The microwave is older, but works better than my one at home. It is quiet, and for what I needed, it was in the perfect location. Lots of places to eat nearby. Close to airport. The sign for the facility is not lit, so it makes it hard to see where to make the turn to the hotel. But, in spite of this, I would probably stay there again.

Bad check in. Not sure if orbitz messed up my dates or if it was the hotel. Almost didn’t have a place to stay

The staff of the hotel were great, and the hotel has a very convenient location. But the breakfast needs work. I love my morning coffee, but there was a long line waiting for it to be delivered. The poor breakfast worker couldn't keep up with the volume of breakfast guests. Apparently the coffee was made in the back and put on a pot on the guest area. I am afraid this system is completely outdated. Please invest in a hotel-appropriate commercial-grade user-friendly maintenance-free coffee machine that can dispense hot coffee continuously and your breakfast experience will be much more pleasant and I will guarantee you I'll stay with you next time we come to Tucson. Other breakfast items are also worth looking at for upgrades, but coffee should be addressed immediately.

Easy check in, ballroom was close to room, easy acess to rm and ballroom

The staff very nice and helpful. However, it's in a very bad part of town. Plus the property is for sale and the rooms need a lot of work. I wouldn't recommend.,

I chose to stay at Stay Tucson Inn because it was close to my relatives home and the photos online looked nice enough.. but was I ever wrong: The first thing I noticed when I waked into the room was a strange smell, like the stale smell of a thrift store. No artwork on any of the walls, just holes where frames used to be hung. Multiple cigarette burns in the carpet of my "non-smoking" room and a dozen cigarette butts left on the patio. Boogers on the shower curtain and shower wall. Paint chipping off the walls. And bloody fingerprints on the wall next to the mini fridge. I was sharing a room with my elderly father and he was scared to even sleep on the bed. I had to do a thorough bedbug check before he would lay down. fortunately, there were no bedbugs, but the room looked like it would be infested. I dropped my phone charger at one pint and looked under the bed to see old pizza crust and other gross stuff under there. The next morning I went on Hotwire and got a much, much nicer hotel in a better location for a similar rate and I suggest you do the same.

Pretty fun down rooms. The lobby area and breakfast rooms are very nice and clean. The guest rooms are definitely needing an update. For the price though, shouldn't expect top notch. Very nice staff.

This is a basic freeway-side motel.. but it has a nice lobby, reasonable breakfast, was relatively clean and quiet, and had a pool and hot tub that it looked like kids and adults enjoyed. For a one night stay it was fine.

The service was mediocre, the area was lonely and no place close by to eat. Noisy tenants, the equipment in the gym did not work. The ironing board was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The lobby coffee and water were empty for 2 days straight! The crew always seemed eager to rush you out of your room to clean even when it was only 10 am. The same goes for the breakfast area, it's like if you get there 1 min late, they close it and will not let anyone in. This place is really a 1.5 start hotel.

We had two rooms and they were both dated and drab. They had sliding doors and in one room the glass was separated from the frame and the extra bar security lock was broken. The staff was not overly cheerful, but did their job. The room may be worth the price at the regular rate but the weekend rate that was double the weekday rate was really more than the room was worth. The house keeping was hit and miss. If you can, look into another place as there are many near here along the highway.
