Radisson Suites Tucson

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

The room was mostly very nice and clean. I visited in November and hoped that the pool would be heated. It is not - the pool was far too cold to swim in. The hot tub was not hot enough either. The large and beautiful pool was the primary reason I chose this hotel over my numerous other options so this was quite a disappointment.

Quick overnight stay during travel. Check in was easy & the staff was curtious.

I am a Tucson native who likes to come home to visit family every few months. Everyone I know is on the Eastside of town and the Radisson is an excellent choice for the visits. The price is low and rooms are spacious with good amenities.

This hotel is laid out in a rectangle with the rooms on the outer edge but access to them from an interior courtyard that greatly exceeds expectations. The inner space is quiet, has the unmistakable pleasant waft of orange blossoms, and a very nice pool in the sunshine. There isn't much to do or see in Tucson, so after seeing how nice the hotel was we opted to spend almost all our time there, even though that wasn't the original plan before checking in. Good restaurant onsite, clean and upscale, probably could use a little more staff to compete with average wait times at offsite restaurants. Overall a great place to stay for families.

We needed a nice place for convenience and comfort. The Radisson in ME Tucson fit the bill perfectly.

The hotel is fairly close to U of A & convenient to shopping & restaurants. The hotel also has a bar & restaurant. Food & drinks were good. The pool area is also really nice. The rooms need to be updated. Disappointed with the furniture.. Tv in bedroom didn't work..Our lock on the door was broken & fell off.. The maintainence came up & fixed it right away.. Very friendly.. Overall great place.. Just needs some updating in rooms..

We mostly stay in this hotel since it is close to the university. All OK.

Not bad though very long distances between room and lobby

Furnishings in rooms were very shabby, doubt that if the sofa was left curb-side it would be picked up. When I questioned the shabbiness of the room, I was informed that a renovation was coming, but no allowances were made for the current condition. They were not charging pre-reno prices.

I found this hotel a bit on the costly side when it came to eating at the hotel. There was no continental breakfast for one thing. For another in the restaurant, there were no prices on the menu which always serves as a warning as expensive. I was tired from driving down to Tucson (late in the day) and needed to eat. I had a hamburger and hot tea. $14 for hamburger - $4 for hot tea. Loved the room - very spacious but needs some work done, especially shower door. After opening door, never got it to close completely again. Staff was wonderful.

Our stay at The Radisson was very nice. The staff was very responsive to anything we needed and extremely helpful always happy to help us. The room was a bit old with some worn furniture but over all clean and very comfortable.

The hotel was fine restaurant was good for breakfast. Main complaint was that the carpets need cleaning. My white socks were brown after fifteen minutes of walking around.

This hotel was close to the office and served its purpose. The breakfast was average at best and te rooms were the same. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a great stay in Tucson. The lay out of the suite just suited our needs. The rooms could use some refreshing but were not bad. Having a fridge and microwave in the room was a great advantage. The pool and surrounding areas were lovely. The staff was very helpful and caring. That was a real plus. Since we did not know the area, staying on Speedway Rd. was easy. All in all very good value!

We enjoyed our return to this hotel and will plan to make this our place to stay in Tucson. The mountain views were incredible on this summer monsoon seasonal day. We requested and received three rooms side by side which made our group happy. Thanks for the friendly service and beautiful setting of lush grounds.

Very good, but as an accountant I didn't know if the money saved by not replacing the worn towel and the very worn shear curtain met the standard I expect from a Radisson. The accountant in me would have put these items in a room that wouldn't likely be used as much during the off season.

Worked for a weekend away. Nothing special about this hotel. The pool was ordinary and the hot run was not working which was bad.

We chose this location because it was close to family. We were pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the suite. The patio and pool areas were lovely and well-kept.

The staff at this hotel made my experiance in Tucson fabulous. The orange grove where they hold weddings and such filled the are with a wonderful aroma. The sleep number beds make for a dreamy nights rest. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Much better than I expected! The service was excellent, the grounds (particularly the pool area) were immaculate, the room comfortable, if a bit oddly laid out. Would happily stay again.

Dear KC, Thank you for recent review. I am so happy to see how much you enjoyed the ambiance of our property. People do not realize how peaceful and beautiful it is inside our gates. Having the orange and lemon trees with real grass is a hard find in Tucson. I am glad you also enjoyed the Breeze restaurant for dining. If you come back to Tucson you know where to find us. We will be waiting for you! Thank you again! Sincerely, Valerie

Dear U of A Parent, Thank you for your recent stay! I am sorry that the rooms are not up to par and we are working on that right now. We have two buildings out being renovated. All the furniture carpet and case goods will be all new. We hope to have the rooms complete by the end of this year. We are glad you enjoyed restaurant and pool area. The pool being so large and spacious is a popular spot. Thank you for staying with us and hope to see you when you come for your family visit.
