The price was great and the breakfast was really nice lots of variety. Rooms were clean.

The door wouldn't even lock! Bathroom was old and needed to be upgraded desperately!

The wheel on the desk chair was broken, the dressers were either missing drawers or had hanging knobs. There was not a lot of lighting in the parking lot either.

Nice hotel nice place really close to everything very clean

I had gotten a suite and the room was not nice at all had stains in the carpet missing drawer handles and the room was bugged.. I don't recommend any one stay there.. They as well gave out personal info for my room and broke into my room and almost bath room door to check out because I as in the shower

Enjoyed the peaceful area. Clean private and discreet. Very convenient for shopping and easy access to freeway and majorityof town we needed to attend too. Thanks again for your help and advice and support for the week and I will be there by the end of the other day.

Reserved a day for a pool getaway with my nieces they were excited about going swimming... so it all started when we walked in the room OMG it was stinky and HOT we had to get moved to another room because AC was "frozen" the other room was way better than the first one! We got ready left to the pool just to find out it was cloudy and stinky the jacuzzi was filthy water looked green it was soo nasty NEVER EVER stay here again....

This hotel needs alot of repairs, for example our room door would not completely close, it seem like somebody broke into the room in the past. And because of that we had a lot of little bugs in our room. The room was a non smoking room but it smelled horrible, it would take a couple of hours to getbused to the smell. i have stayed in other quality inns, but this did not feel like a quality inn at all!

Everything shows the wear and tear of age, but it had been freshly painted and was very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. One small trash can in the room and it was in the bathroom. Had a nice patio by the pool but there was a table but no chairs to use. Card system for the lock did not work well. Lock needs to be replaced. Check in staff was excellent - very courteous and professional. Check out staff needed a refresher on customer service.

Hard working staff, friendly. Both makes up for the condition of the hotel, needing additional repairs. Price was appropriate. Food was so so.

Room needs updated. Did not feel safe. Looked as though the sliding and front doors had been pried open at one time. it was very dark around the entire motel.

Stayed over the weekend for Dia De Los Muertos in Tucson. My husband and I are of the same mindset- a hotel is for sleeping and getting cleaned up in, so why should we have to pay so much? This was very affordable. Central location that's easily accessible to the freeway, just south of Tucson. Free continental breakfast. They're doing some remodeling, so some things look new, while others haven't been updated, yet. Large pool and jacuzzi. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel and will be back in the future for soccer tournaments.

it's very old, not a good experience wouldn't recommend it at all.

It was a good stay. We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it.

The hotel is a perfect location for a quick trip in and out. There is plenty of parking. We tried the indoor pool but the room is dim and not very inviting. We enjoyed the free breakfast which has plenty of hot and cold items. The staff is very helpful.

Thought I was getting a queen bed end floor with balcony looking over pool, definitely not what I wanted

The ceiling of the room had a large water spot. The staff apologized but without concern.

I booked for friday, saturday, and sunday.. I got to the hotel friday night first of all the a/c wasnt not working the room was smelly, had to e teabsfer to another room, the next day they didnt even go clean our room when we were gone for the day and the shower was not working well we has to shower our kids with HOT water!!! Worst place in the worlddd!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we picked a weekend to go to Tucson when it was parent weekend at the University of Arizona. We had little choice on hotels, and picked this one. The staff was great and the location was great. The first room stunk so bad, we asked to be moved. The second room was better, but it is really dated and in dire need of an upgrade and maintenance. It would not have been too bad except that we woke up in the morning and found the sink backed up, and had what looked like someone defecated in our sink!!! I still have the pic! It was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. We have 5 children, and none of us could brush our teeth in the morning, and no one wanted to shower after that. I would not recommend it at all.

We stay over in Tucson often. The hotel usually stay in is getting more and more rundown so we tried something new. The rooms here were large and comfortable, the bed was a little firmer then we like but it was not too hard to sleep on. Breakfast was adequate. The Internet was limited to a short range around the office area it's seem to us. For the price it was worth it. We will be staying here again in the future.
