Quality Inn Flamingo Downtown

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Close to the UefA and downtown venue's. Great location without a lot of driving.

Was not worth the money.Room was not good had to turn air on high to stay cool did not help big grapes under door and side of door.curtains old need changed bathroom needs remodeling.sheets on bed had Staines.towels where old.would never stay again.

There was hair from the last guest in our shower and a strange stain on the chair cushion. Not the quality I have come to expect from a Comfort Inn

We arrived Late sunday night and tired from a 6.5 hour drive. the front desk personal was friendly and got us our room prompt. but when we got into the room we usually do the usual "bed bug" check and we found body fluid stains and actual body fluids on the edge of the bed so we quickly asked for another room. we got to the second room and found it had a musty smell. we found the carpet wet along the wall from the door to the wall under the Ac unit. the smoke detector was detached and set on the table, the tv had no cable channels and the room had no blanket. we were to tired to change rooms so we jus dealt with it. Ive always stayed in Quailty Inns in the past and have never had these problems ever! i was very disappointed and grossed out from the room conditions, this hotel had no quailty in it. will never stay here again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Our only complaint is the paper-thin walls. We could hear the family next door conversing until 1a.m. and up again at 6 a.m. Clearly. Each word. And the little child whining. Each whine and cry.

It is a Motel type of accommodations (no shared hallway). It is showing its age, and could use some thorough cleaning and renovation.

Had a pile of dirty towels on my front door as I checked in. Many stains in the carpet. Breakfast closes at 9, at 8:50 there was no food left nor replaced. Free wifi is ok.

We found the hotel of convenient location, clean with accommodating staff.

My first impression from lobby was that this place was dated and run-down. That impression was confirmed when I got to my room. Although, there were newer fixtures and amenities (coffee pot, refrig and microwave) in the room, this place had seen better days. There were a number of little things that I could overlook, however when I noticed that the smoke detector had been removed from the wall, I called the front desk. I told them about the missing smoke detector, a burnt out light bulb and no top sheet on the stained comforter. I was assured that the items would taken care of while I was out to dinner. Upon my return, two hours later, nothing was fixed. The staff was very friendly and courteous while listening to my request, but they didn't take care of what is simply a safety issue.

I'm very happy and I will defiantly recomond to my friends to stay in this hotel too

I've stayed here a few times and always had a wonderful time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean.it's nice to have a motel that is as inviting as the Quality Inn Flamingo.

Marcos help us a lot to get settled in. The room was nice & clean.

Room is dirty but stuff is helpful. The toilet is broken

It's your average low-priced Tucson motel. There was a long brown hair on the wall of the shower and the plugs are all two-prong plugs. Internet works great and staff was nice. It's a place to sleep, but nothing to get excited over. The bed was decent, the pillows are small.

Very nice staff and good free breakfast. They did not run out of anything. The only ding is tired and worn carpet. Excellent value.

Good size room. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator was missing. Badly stained carpet. The breakfast quality varied from day to day.

Pleasantly surprised by a clean and well kept property. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Convenient to highway, downtown and campus. Good value.

I love this little hotel, but the location is bad! It's not a good part of town and if you have to walk anywhere....don't. So if you're driving then it will be fine. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant.

This is a 2-star hotel for sure, but it had pretty good access to the main bicycle trails. All the ice machines were down one day.

The hotel is cute. It's been re-vamped, and the rooms are clean, new, and fresh looking. The beds are comfy, the breakfast substantial, and the workers at the front desk were very nice and helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is sort of meh, but I do not know if that is just the part of Tucson it is located in. It was a pretty good value for the money....so if you don't mind a kind of side of the road off the beaten path type place, it may be for you.
