No hot water in the shower, call the front desk, she said to let it run for a while and the maintenance man would be there in 20 minutes. He never showed up, the water in the sink was hit, the shower only got warm,

Toilet took 3-4 minutes to fill after a flush. Showers took a minute to get slightly warm, never got to a reasonable warm.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The 1st night a couple in the room next to me were up till 5am being loud and smoking. I asked to move rooms the next day. That room was a dump. The tv was grainy also. There was a homeless man in the hallway somehow... I also heard a woman arguing and crying in one room while getting ice. Later that same day a woman was crying in the hallway outside my room. The police were there at least once...smh. 1/3 of the building is abandoned... Do not stay here if you want peace or quiet. Close this place down!

The motel was nice enough, staff were pleasant and helpful. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby. I had reserved a smoking room—but upon my arrival I was told the motel had become non-smoking since my reservation had been made a few weeks prior. I opted to move to another location after one night.

Staff is very nice extremely customer service oriented. Easy check in, smiles and very helpful when needing assistance with television.

The room looked clean but in the middle of the night I seen a cockroach. The staff was great the area is awe full.

It is in serious need of repairs. The bathroom walls and base broads were patched up. The décor need to be up graded. Would not stay there again.

There were loud noises in the hallways, around 5pm the whole hotel started to smell like paint thinner. I was traveling with 2 children. Horrible place to stay

The property is what one would expect from a Motel 6. My disappointment came from the staff. I booked 3 nights. My plans changed for the first two nights so I called the week before and alerted the person who answered the phone to hold my 3rd night even though I would not show for the first two. When I came on the third night the desk said I was considered a 'no show'. Fortunately, there was an available room and after she made a phone call to a manager I received the room. (I told her all three nights had already been paid for). My disappointment was not with the desk clerk but rather the attendant I spoke with on the phone prior to arrival.

First a derelict on the stairs to the second floor accosted me demanding money. Then neither the phone nor the internet worked. Finally the refrigerator produced a puddle in the middle of the floor. More unpleasantries would likely have occurred but I got out of there as fast as I could.

Wifi didn’t work until we checked out. The front desk person was so nice to try to help me but it didn’t work. Room was tiny and a bit dirty on floor and toilet. Wall was super thin and I can even hear neighbors snoring and their conversations. Good location.

Awful place. Very run down, dirty and sketchy area

Seriously! We show up to check in and it's raining the people make us stand in the rain to check us in, then we get into the room and as soon as we shut the door, some drug head, drunk man starts banging on our door..I call for security, two hours later another drunk man is banging on our door, 4 hours later he is freaking back again. I finally get 2 hours of sleep, wake up around 8am and go to take a shower, guess what?! No freaking hot water! I will never be back!

The hotel is situated in a disgusting area where every night somebody is arrested,either in the hotel itself or in the suburbs.The carpet in the room and outside smells disgustingly,too.The hotel is kept by Indians, whom actually I have nothing against - nowadays many hotels in USA are in hands of Indian families, why not?But tell me please,somebody,why do they all think that their preferable sents are so pleasant for other noses?It all stank like urine +sugar.We were too tired with my husband to change the room, and I was pretty sure every room smelt like ours as the entrance had the same disgusting smell.So, after return I had to wash all possible thing including raincoats. Stuff is very nice though.One plus.

No security. Tenants up all night. Felt very insecure with seedy tenants slamming doors all night. Paper thin walls. Staff very friendly and helpful but they have a window after dark you get your keys from due to dangerous elements in the general area. Rooms are outdated. I would rather pay more and be at a better place.

I'm usually pretty low maintenance and not picky. The puctures looked good, so I booked it. I checked in, and the front desk wasn't remarkable in any way. No continental breakfast, free coffee. The room appeared nice and renovations made it seem updated. Upon further inspection, the room was pretty filthy. The bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner kept e plugged up all night. The pillows were flat. The interstate is really loud, and it caught me off guard because it isn't close. The water pressure in the shower was awful, and the shower squealed at me the whole time.
