We were kept waiting in the lobby for 4 hours because of a mixup at check in. The clerk at the front desk was rude, bordering on hostile, when handling this mixup. Then we were charged twice for our room; an error that has still not been rectified 3 days later even after being assured by the general manager that it was taken care of on the first day. There was no apology for this major inconvenience, instead they made excuse after excuse, telling me that it was not their fault but the fault of a glitch in their system, and that there is nothing they can do about it until that is cleared up. Meanwhile they still have my money. I am vey unhappy with the utter lack of professionalism and accountability of the staff at this hotel. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

It was the worst experience as the hotel rooms were infested with bed bugs. I noticed it on first nights stay. So I was moved to another 'clean' room. Turned out it was even worse. I have to give high marks to the Manager as he tried to make things right and was very courteous.

Good central location. The room and hotel looks recently updated. I love that my dog could stay free.

Stayed 2 nights at La Quinta and was very pleased. Room was clean, I was never disturbed, and the complimentary breakfast was great! I would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay, especially as compared to the airport LaQuinta which was very ordinary for the same price(1 night before switching to Reid Park). The free breakfast was the best I've seen, rooms were very nice, clean and updated, we were given a 1st floor room with patio and direct access to the pool and the location is great, close to the university, zoo and restaurants.

Hotel was fantastic, room was very clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, bed and sheets were great, room AC was great, everything was perfect. Hotel was a fabulous stay bad a fabulous deal at this price.

Imangine driving 4 hours and pulling up to a hotel that you booked, and you are the only car there! The sign on the door says CLOSED. Why was this even on the Offered.

This is the type of place I'd stay in, when trying to save money so I can trek a few more miles and get more out of my travels. Unfortunately, I was in Tucson for only 4 days and was there for a wedding, the pictures did not portray what I got. I was envisioning hanging out at the pool, long hot baths after a good work out. The pool was clean but the chairs were old and ratty, bath tub in my room was off color enough, I didn't consider soaking in it. To get to non-smoking room you have to walk through a smoke smelly hallway. Staff super pleasant, location great to get all over town. Good deal if you aren't going to spend much time there, not a good deal if you want to use the amenities.

The srevice was mixed, the paint was peeling in the bathroom, and the toilet was stuck on fill all the time. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

Trip was to visit U of A and location is convenient. This hotel is very dated. The bedsheets had cigarette burns and stains. The sad thing is the room that was given to my husband was apparently an "upgrade" The staff was willing to show the other rooms, supposedly smaller . Oh my, if this was the "best" room. I really dread the other rooms. My husband did say if I was with him...we were out of there. Sorry, but have to be truthful and objective.

Hotel is very old. Walking in the hallway to my room made me feel like I was in a foreign country. No frills or thrills here. Just bare walls. the rooms are not very quiet, you can hear people in other rooms and in the hallway. Room was clean and nothing "wrong" with it, just nothing extravagant. Front desk staff was not very knowledgeable, but tried to be helpful.

Location was very centralized to all Tucson had to offer, The staff was friendly ,but not to helpful with our problem. Ever since we tried to get into our room the mag key worked 1 out of every 5 tries. We went to desk to get help :( maybe we were doin it wrong, they had no time to help, but did make new key cards. Didn't help, so we just lkept yankin an tuggin on door til it worked-we did this for 4 days( frustrating to say least). Next was the boxspring was falling off frame, air conditioner was on or off and blew right at u with no adjustability.we were there 4 days playin in tennis tourney. Was nice content breakfast with room. And staff was pleasant. Don't think I will stay there next time less they get key problem resolved.

We were helping a friend move, and the hotel was just 2 miles from her residence. It was quiet, and we got a good night's sleep.

The hotel was nice and very relaxing. The room although needed updating. It was like if we were staying in the mid 80's. Some of the hotel staff were disrespectful. ( hanging up on us over the phone) But overall a nice relaxing getaway.
