Very expensive. Room ok bar to expensive. Breakfast $25 for buffet way to high. Not accomadating unless you are a gold member. Could not get a bowl of oatmeal without paying for $25 buffet. Other hotels include breakfast. Drink price very high. Better values out there.

Resort is set in a beautiful part of Tucson.. my son (8) and I stayed while on a road trip during his spring break. Resort was beautiful as were the views and we enjoyed our time by the pool and being out in the sun.. Unfortunately, staff is under trained and poorly managed. Dinner took 2 hrs. My son is 8.. He ordered a grilled cheese and I had the salmon.. 65 mins to get out food and we were not the only ones complaining. Mistake #2 was when I promised my son dessert if he ate all his broccoli and Brussels sprouts... A bowl of ice cream took an additional 30 mins.. I'm lucky to have a patient son. Breakfast was not as bad, although waiter introduced himself as someone who doesn't work in the restaurant but will help us the best he can.. with that intro.. we went for the buffet

I was there on a business trip and had a great stay. The facilities, staff and location are wonderful. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great customer service, need a huge renovation. Food not very impressed.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful well maintained with lots of pools jacuzzis and such for the whole family. Service was great and everyone there had a helpful attitude. The mountains behind the hotel were beautiful. We did have neighbors above us who talked loudly on the balcony. Fortunately they weren't out there all the time.

We found a very good place to spent the weekend, our kids loved the pool and all the enviroment.

The room was really nice. The pool & surroundings wonderful. Unfortunately, I checked in hours after approximately 300 people checked out and the halls were full of bags of trash & laundry and lots of dishes & trays piled. Not a very nice first look. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast at the Sonora Cafe. The buffet was almost bare and very pricey. My daughter ordered a bagel off the menu and it was delivered barely toasted with a slab of plain cream cheese. All in all, if I stayed again I would again visit & swim in the pool, enjoy the comfortable rooms, but eat my meals elsewhere.

Location, personnel and overall facility were great. I've had better rooms at motels that were half the price. Only had available parking for half the guests unless you use the valet parking for the undisclosed price of $11. $21 if you include tips. (The valet parking area was just half of the regular parking lot closed off!) Had to carry all luggage ~ 200 yds after finally finding a remote parking spot. Meals were good but also quite pricey. There are many restaurants nearby and a chain motel next door that I will use in the future.

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. The only things was the noisy people in the next room.

Only Problem was, the $20 resort fee per day, was too much. My family could not use the services hotel offered. Age restrictions on mountain bikes, had to rent equipment to use tennis courts and we were not told about Internet upon checkin.

Plenty of pools to enjoy, didn't feel overcrowded at all, Massage services were great and extremely friendly staff.

We had a great time, the hotel is nice however, I think they have a second string staff in there. If you are low maintenance you will do fine. Also, Tucsonians seem to have the winter dull-drums, even though it was 65-70 and sunny and absolutely beautiful there! One waitress smiled and we must have had 8 meals there. They have a Starbucks in the lobby.

The only bad thing I could say about the place is; they say they offer `wi-fi` -- but they charge over $10 a day for it, and it`s VERY slow.

Nice hotel with beautifull mountain view. Bed was really comfortable. The price was too expensive.

Is the Hilton El Conquistador a good hotel? Probably. Truthfully, I wouldn't be the best judge as, unbeknownst to me when I booked the hotel for Labor Day weekend, the El Conquistador was having a host of Labor Day "celebration activities". Basically, for me this meant limited parking as the hotel was drawing visitors that weren't hotel guests, and near constant loud blaring music by the pool that was able to be heard in every room, even with all doors and windows closed, sometimes even when wearing ear plugs. So much for rest and relaxation. Also, my room lost power on our second day there. It took about 2 hours for management to move us to another room, although it was something we had to follow up on (as in, had we not called it would have been much longer). In the mean time, various hotel staff came in and out of the room checking stuff without really telling us what was going on. They were perfectly nice about this, but it was odd that no one was really telling us what was going on. It should be noted that with the move to a new room came a voucher for food/drinks at the hotel pool bar. Truthfully, the Hilton El Conquistador, on a normal average weekend, is probably a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and every room has a patio or balcony with two chairs and a small table. Great mountain views complete the package and being far away from the "city lights" means great stargazing at night. However, for me personally, the stay was ruined by the Labor Day "festivities". Had I know there was basically going to be a 2 day party at the resort, I definitely would have booked elsewhere.

The Drury Inn was an excellent choice for our brief stay in Las Cruces. The location was extremely convenient, right off I-10 and close to the quaint village of Mesilla which was our primary destination. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly. Steve

The service was excellent and the staff was very accommodating with our needs.

The hotel was clean and well kept. We liked the beds as they were very comfortable.

We've stayed here a couple of times over the years when we visit family in Tucson and the El Conquistador never disappoints. The staff is very friendly and professional and the grounds are well maintained. There were plenty of activites planned for the Fourth of July. So what if the ice machine ran out, it was 114 degrees. Looking forward to coming back next year

We stayed at this hotel as a stay-cation. It was pretty nice. The room was big but the bathroom a little small. The pool was great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and looking at the fantastic view of the mountains. We would stay here again.
