We stayed fri -sat, left sun am. The room was clean and comfortable. We asked for towels sat and the office was very helpful. If visiting tucson again, we will stay at Crossland Economy Studios again.

Air/Hotel Package, saved $50 off my flight, with a free hotel night..........Should have paid the extra $50, Dirty, Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Would recommend staying away. Only good thing to say, staff was friendly, and apologetic.

Dirty bed sheets....Dirty bath towels....Super dirty bath. Toilet bowl was like those we see in Walmart.

Nothing good about hotel. Sheets were stain. Small room

My room had no towels, and I had to make two trips to the lobby for towels because the first time they didn't have very many. I didn't have a trash can because, I was told, people keep stealing them. My ceiling leaked, but the good news was it leaked into the shower, so it didn't make a mess. The problem was, the sound of my ceiling leaking woke me up in the middle of the night on two nights.

This hotel is something out of a horror movie. My first room had a terrible odor. My second room only smelled slightly bad, but I had to put my shoulder to the door to get it opened. It did not have a trash can and only had ONE small throw pillow with a dirty pillow case. The cabinets were not clean and the toilet had a grey appearance in the bowl under the water line. The lady at the desk handed me a small white towel and ratty washcloth and stated, "this will save you the trip back". I actually didn't sleep in the bed and I didn't take my suit case in the room for fear of bed bugs. Thank God, I only stayed one nigh and if I hadn't pre-paid, I would have run away.

Tv was broken, no towels, dirty bed sheets, asked for towels got dirty towels

This place is awful. They put the absolute minimum in each room. It's a dump, the beds have cigarette holes in them. I had to ask for towels, and a trash can. Very trashy people, viscous dogs on leashes. It's garbage, don't go here.

Due to a rash of towel theft there were no towels in the room... And the front desk said they could only give us a few wash cloths and hand towels but even that was like pulling teeth. Dirty, unpleasant room and experience.

I'm now covered with bites from bed bugs. When I attempted to advise the hotel the guy was unprofessional and yelled at me. When I checked out and told them I wouldn't come back because of that guy and the bed bugs all they said was sorry have a good day. This was my second week staying with them and had planned on staying a 3rd. Their toilets never work either. I guess they are happy with just the drugies staying there.

All was more than adequate. Microwave id not work but was promptly replaced by staff. So-so location was of no consequence. Davis - Monthan AFB is lees than 10 minutes away which worked quite well. My 2nd 4 night stay with these folks. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

We ended up staying at this hotel last minute due to a storm that made us stay in Tucson. It was very clean (this is very important because I have 2 little ones) and the staff was AWESOME! Our room had its own little kitchen with stove, refrigerator & Microwave and that was a plus. We will deffinetly be staying in there again and highly recommend this hotel.

Decent enough room for the $. No maid service during my entire 4 day stay! Unacceptable.

I would like to say this was an AWESOME vacation, however I found it to be a Hotel for people that were relocating from other states and they LIVED at this place until settling down. There were dogs and not to mention BarbQ's and lots of drinking. It was NOT what I had expected. There were no pots or pans for cooking, the shower didn't work. I'm sorry for the complaints but I'm sure you will appreciate my honesty. Shirley Armstead

I arrived at 10;30 pm went to use bathroom toilet would not stop running and covered in mold. went to bed on a rock covered with plastic. Next morning moved to new room and not to my surprise same thing and toilet leaked around bottom. Orbtiz you need to remove this hotel from your list. I feel very sorry for the very nice people that work there that have so little respect for their customers but are very friendly.

This place is used by truckers ,hookers and people that are transitioning from other places. There were no cooking utensils which I was looking forward to for healthy eating reasons. noisy all night. There are too many NEGATIVES I will STOP here , but you get the picture. I checked out 8/2 , early am. I will request a refund. A friend took me to her home where I felt safe and clean.

Had a great experience everyone was friendly and nice

I had a great expierience at this hotel it was clean nice had everything i needed and felt likr home

For one night it can be tolerated. Sketchy neighborhood.

The hotel is nicely situated near the Tucson Airport. It was clean, quiet and the aircon worked will. It has a small but useable kitchen with a microwave. I was only there to sleep so I cannot comment further. .
