We visited Tucson, and Arizona for that matter, for the first time ever and were very pleased with our stay at the Country Inn and Suites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Kudos to everyone who made our stay very enjoyable!

This is an old facility with small and plain rooms. No effort to make them at all attractive. Very disappointing as I expect much better from Radisson. The saving grace was that the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

I liked that we were given a suite with a bottle of wine. The front desk staff were great, check in and the night person helping me with a problem not caused by the hotel. I didn't like that the previous guests reset the tv's and unplugged the phone. The front desk person came at once to try to fix the problem, She fixed the 1st tv but could not fix the 2nd tv. Also the armoir didn't have a door, just hinges hanging. I was going to ask for a new room but she was busy helping others. Maybe the next time we return, and we will because of the staff, maybe I can get comped another suite. Overall it was a good trip with a tasty breakfast.

The smell of antiseptic and/or air freshener was overwhelming in the hallways and guest rooms. Also, the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud.
Everything was fine except location very industrial and further from airport than expected. Also cooked breakfast was almost inedible
