This hotel was very busy but not busy. Staff had time, the complimentary breakfast and cook were very pleasant. Very down-to-earth staff all around. Over our two night stay we talked to about a half dozen staff and all were great.

Pleasantly surprised overall this is a great place to stay. I checked in late but the Hotel staff were very accommodating. Give me a list of restaurants in the area with hand written notes on certain places. The beds were not very comfortable. The room was extremely clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in a safe area. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and the room is very clean and comfortable. The noise from refrigerator is a little loud.

Good for those having business close to the Airport. Far from everything else, though.

I needed to stay close to the airport. This location was perfect for me. The staff was really great. Transportation back to the airport was professional and courteous

The room furniture was old and falling apart. The end table was coming apart and the wall sconces flopped sideways. We also had a tv that was going out. The volume would go up and down intermittently. There were insufficient electrical outlets in the room and a couple that were there weren't working. Also, the breakfast is short on choices and for two days the either didn't have things ready on time or said they "ran out" of an item. Keep in mind, this was right after they started serving.

Everyone on the staff was very nice and accommodating

Good location with a good Rate compared to other Hotels in the area.

Great staff and free cookies make this a lovely surprise near the Tucson airport (and Pima Air & Space museum).

stayed a week, love the chocolate cookies! The free breakfast was the balls !

The Room is nice and clean. Excelent Staff. Only a little noise from the closest Rooms. The breskfast ok!

I have traveled a lot this year for work and this place is easily one of my favorite places that I have stayed. They were accommodating and from my check in made sure I had everything I needed. It seemed important to them that I feel welcome to return in the future. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant. The pool and hot tub area were clean and maintained. The location was close enough The only things I would request would be a shuttle to local eateries all day coffee service. The coffee is much better than the one in the room and when you stay for days at a time, it would be nice to have that option. The shuttle would have saved me from walking through some areas that were not as pleasant and walking home in a sudden rainstorm. The other hotel that I ate at was kind enough to offer a ride home but it was awkward requesting that. Otherwise I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When we fist arrived in our room, there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous quests. I complained about that and just received sorry for an answer. There were little ants on the table, night stand, bathroom floor and wall. The toilet had issues and we had to get a plunger. The matress pad had stains on it that you could see through the white sheets. I felt pretty confident about this hotel by the advertisment and pictures, but was highly disappointed by these major issues.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked for recommendations for dinner and Jason suggested El Charro. It was fantastic.

Convenient to the airport. I would stay there again.

We have a wonderful stay at Country Inn. Jason made great recommendation for our dinner - El Merando!

GREAT STAFF EVERY ONE WAS FRIENDLY AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN ROOM CLEAN I WAS ABLE TO SEEP GOOD AND TEH COOKIES WERE GREAT AT THE DESK

In town for a mini getaway with extended family and friends. Location great for us where travels to Green Valley, Central Tucson and Desert Museum. I've stayed at Country Inn many times over several years, has a hot and continental breakfast, aesthetically pleasing lobby and rooms, and traffic is lite there compared with central Tucson. It works for me.

Very nice hotel at a very nice price! Really enjoyed our stay!

We went to Tucson to visit family for Thanksgiving. Thought this sounded like a great deal for the price, let me just say we won't go back. Nice king size had four little marshmallows for pillows, hubby not happy. The shower would not drain water properly, I loathe standing in dirty water. Hubby went to breakfast in am and they had basically run out of food. Road to hotel is the bumpiest I have ever experienced. Also the tv channels were fuzzy on tv. The only thing I can say was the staff was very friendly! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. We are also thrilled to see that our convenient location proved to be useful for you and that you enjoyed our cookies and cucumber water. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the condition and accommodations of your room at that time, particularly, the television, furniture, table and the plug-ins. Also, we are sorry to hear that we weren't able to meet your breakfast expectations during your stay. This is certainly not the kind of experience we want our valued guests to have. Your feedback will be forwarded to the hotel management for further actions. We hope that despite not exceeding your expectations, you will give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves on your next visit in the area.
