Great staff and free cookies make this a lovely surprise near the Tucson airport (and Pima Air & Space museum).

stayed a week, love the chocolate cookies! The free breakfast was the balls !

The Room is nice and clean. Excelent Staff. Only a little noise from the closest Rooms. The breskfast ok!

I have traveled a lot this year for work and this place is easily one of my favorite places that I have stayed. They were accommodating and from my check in made sure I had everything I needed. It seemed important to them that I feel welcome to return in the future. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was pleasant. The pool and hot tub area were clean and maintained. The location was close enough The only things I would request would be a shuttle to local eateries all day coffee service. The coffee is much better than the one in the room and when you stay for days at a time, it would be nice to have that option. The shuttle would have saved me from walking through some areas that were not as pleasant and walking home in a sudden rainstorm. The other hotel that I ate at was kind enough to offer a ride home but it was awkward requesting that. Otherwise I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When we fist arrived in our room, there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous quests. I complained about that and just received sorry for an answer. There were little ants on the table, night stand, bathroom floor and wall. The toilet had issues and we had to get a plunger. The matress pad had stains on it that you could see through the white sheets. I felt pretty confident about this hotel by the advertisment and pictures, but was highly disappointed by these major issues.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Asked for recommendations for dinner and Jason suggested El Charro. It was fantastic.

Convenient to the airport. I would stay there again.

We have a wonderful stay at Country Inn. Jason made great recommendation for our dinner - El Merando!

GREAT STAFF EVERY ONE WAS FRIENDLY AND THE PLACE WAS CLEAN ROOM CLEAN I WAS ABLE TO SEEP GOOD AND TEH COOKIES WERE GREAT AT THE DESK

In town for a mini getaway with extended family and friends. Location great for us where travels to Green Valley, Central Tucson and Desert Museum. I've stayed at Country Inn many times over several years, has a hot and continental breakfast, aesthetically pleasing lobby and rooms, and traffic is lite there compared with central Tucson. It works for me.

Very nice hotel at a very nice price! Really enjoyed our stay!

We went to Tucson to visit family for Thanksgiving. Thought this sounded like a great deal for the price, let me just say we won't go back. Nice king size had four little marshmallows for pillows, hubby not happy. The shower would not drain water properly, I loathe standing in dirty water. Hubby went to breakfast in am and they had basically run out of food. Road to hotel is the bumpiest I have ever experienced. Also the tv channels were fuzzy on tv. The only thing I can say was the staff was very friendly! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The lobby and room were very homey and pleasant. The staff were cordial and helpful. However, I think there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom and my daughter was shocked unplugging her computer from the lamp outlet on the desk. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk and she added it to a long list on a clipboard. Otherwise our stay was fine. The breakfast was what I would expect at a hotel in this price range... Tasty but not fancy.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Baked cookies late night. Room is clean. I would stay here again.

Breakfast foods were cold (the ones that should have been hot). The fresh cookies were delightful and a nice treat. Floors were dirty and pool closed, but the manager indicated a renovation was in the works for the whole property which will be good for them.

Perfect spot close to everything. Staff was really helpfull. And had great knowledge of the places that I wanted to visit in down town. Room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be back soon.

I am a frequent Country Inn visitor and love the fact that each location has been a pleasant experience. That being said, the staff and amenities at this location were good. My complaints are with the cleanliness of the room and breakfast. The breakfast was fair. Hot oatmeal was only warm. Poor choice of fruit and they did not keep the breakfast well stocked. Upon close inspection, the room needed a bit more dusting and vacuuming although the central rug was cleaned. The floor behind the toilet area did need to be cleaned better. The air conditioner worked but it didn't cool down quickly.

Great location close to the airport, Pima air museum & Desert Museum. We felt like home with the cookies, candy jar & cucumber water to welcome us. Rooms were clean. The pool wasn't open, but they made arrangements for us to use the pool across the street while repairs were being made. We stayed in 5 different hotels on our Arizona trip. Country Inns were the best.

The people were helpful and nice, but the hotel itself needs a little TLC. The carpets were dirty and out toilet did not flush well. Breakfast was ok they did have three hot items. The celling paint was pealing too.

Staying for business. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is good. Internet is good. Could use a better fitness room and a better public access computer/business center (no printer.) Otherwise, all was good.
