Staff is so wonderful at this hotel, quick check in, room was ready to go, clean and cool.
I arrived late, so late it felt more like morning, wiped out after a long travel day, and the night desk person was absolutely awesome. Room was clean and quiet. Staying here was the best thing that happened to me all day
The property was amazing but the policies are not appropriate. I needed to stay for an extended period of time with my family because we are waiting on a house and they wouldn’t count the days booked on Orbitz towards the weekly rate so I’ve spent more than double what I would have had they given me the weekly rate.

Older property with clean renovated rooms. Halls smell of old smoke. Restaurant and lounge were closed. Staff very friendly and upbeat. Just a standard 1980's/90's location right off an interstate.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room suited us well.
Checked in late on July 5th 12:05 am rather then 4 pm July 4th, the gentleman at the front desk was nice, energetic and checked me in rite away also extended my check out time on the house.
Very many rooms!! No easy access or emergency exits at distance from elevators. Interstate traffic noise 24/7.
Food spread on the floor of the hallway and unvaccumed room upon arrival. Followed by complete failure to clean our room the second day. This is a dismal hotel and needs some attention in housekeeping and hallways.
Room was clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the front desk staff. The young man who checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He asked whether I wanted first or second floor - I mentioned that my elderly Mum was with me, so he gave me a handicap accessible room closest to the doors. I wish I could remember his name, but he was on from 3 - 11. There was some sort of baseball group at the hotel, so you’d think there would be a ton of noise. All was quiet in our room, and Mum was able to rest comfortably. An all around great experience.
