3rd time staying here. Quick check-in. Rooms always clean and in a safe area. Staff very friendly and Housekeeper checks in frequently asking what we need. Restaurant has wonderful food with a lot of menu options. Pool was not working during the last 2 stays but that wasn’t an issue with me. Will always stay here in the future.
The property was well kept. All amenities functioned as intended. The restaurant on site was a big convenience along with the free breakfast.
Better maid service than you get from a hotel in a big city that costs 4x's the price. Even when you dont ask for it or expect it. That to me says more than a giant marbel floored lobby.

Clean and functional. The food I ordered sucked. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. The mattress sunk in a bit. Hard to get comfortable.
Wonderful place to stay. Exceptional cleanliness-especially during COVID. Restaurant on property had outdoor dining. Food delicious. My only issue was not enough TV stations available. Would like to been able to view more national news. Other than that, I’m booking again next year.
I was traveling at a time when the country was coming to grips with an international pandemic. First, I was happy to find a hotel open to accommodate me and my two dogs. The room was really clean, even a little too clean in regards to the use of bleach to disinfect. I am a bit sensitive to chemicals but I sure did appreciate the effort assure my safety during these troubled times. The staff was lovely too. Even though the restaurant had to be closed for breakfast they did their best to offer me something for the road. Finally, they have a decent sizes enclosure for the pups to have some much needed off leash, outta the car time! That was the clincher for me, I will be back! Hopefully next time under more pleasant circumstances. Many thanks Casa Lemus!
I travel to Raton often for business. My stay was very plesant. The building is older but the updating is wonderful. It might be my new favorite place to stay while there.
Raised the price twice while trying to check in. Not worth it, use the similar price one down the street, 'Rodeway Inn'
