We loved our stay, they staff were great, we had a very comfortable room, the beds were top rate, very clean, good breakfast. Convenient loacation. Only negative was 1 elevator was broken, and dining area/restaurant wasnt open.
The first room I was checked in was smelling like cigarettes and by no means wasn’t cleaned after the previous stay. When I came back to the reception, instead of apologies and a key to a different room, I was given an attitude for being “picky”. When I tried to buy a bottle of water later on the same day, I’ve learned they had charges on my room already from someone else (they admitted it was a mistake on their part). Big mess

Property was not clean - the staff at the front desk allowed several other guests to check in early, however told me and my guest that we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Our key fob continued to constantly become deactivated. Hotel Restaurant was also closed.
The neighborhood was nice but it was far from the Uptown activities we planned. The subway line got us there quickly though.The room was great and the beds were very comfy. My only complaint is that it took so long for hot water to get to the shower, I thought they had run out. It did eventually get warm

The bed was uncomfortable and it was so nosy! Was were room right in front of the mechanic room and it was so loud. All night there was noise … also the curtain wouldn’t even close ! It was so bright the entire night …. Most hotel would have blackout curtains but this place had curtains that was wide open and didn’t close shut. Outdoors was super loud with cars going. I would not recommend if you want a good night sleep.

the foor on my floor was flooded, so I had to walk though wet carpet to get to my room.. room was decent, but about $100 too much per night for the quality. Staff was fantastic and restaurant attached is awesome... great place, just need some routine maintenance.
