The room we were originally sent to was not made up. They quickly gave us another room, but it was much smaller. The were two containers in one of the stairwells that apparently were there to catch water from a leaky roof.

Nice stay. A lot of airplane noise. Good breakfast.

Airport shuttle was great the people who work at this Motel are very friendly and very helpful. Pam was especially nice and helped us with the alarm clock.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. We were flying early the next morning and the airport shuttle was important to us. We were also able to leave our car for free in the parking lot for the 2 1/2 weeks while we were on vacation which is a great plus. Room rate was very reasonable. Overall a great experience for me.

Pasco Red Lion Hotel was a nice, quiet and convenient place to stay being so close to the airport. We had an early flight and could get coffe but nothing else. Any quick, easy, self serve breakfast snack would have been the only thing to make it better

Due to and ice storm our plane was canceled the night of our stay. We checked out within a couple of hours of check in. Unable to rate due to short length of stay. Unable to obtain a refund, which is understandable.

I had a good experience; however, I didn't like the continental breakfast no pancakes or waffles,

The room was nice. However, the white curtain on the sliding door was dirty and coming apart at the bottom. Also, the safety latch on the entry door was broken. Other than that the room was clean and large. We received $10 tokens for breakfast. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:15 AM and we had to leave at 5 AM so we were not able to use the tokens which do expire after a few days. We have stayed at other hotels that offer a brown bag breakfast (rolls/muffins/bagels, fruit, and juice) for those leaving early. It would be nice to have that as an option. Overall, we would recommend this hotel if you are flying out of the Pasco airport. It is located close to the airport, and does provide a good shuttle service.

No internet, either in lobby or especially room, needed it for business TV had remote that did not work, Had H &G channel for 1st day of stay only then got some others later after i expressed displeasure

Close to airport and keep cars without charge which is very helpful and appreciated.

Nice, clean hotel with inside entrances and all the amenities you might expect. The carpets were a bit worn and worse in the stairways. The room was clean ad quite large and the beds were very comfortable. Very close to airport and 'on demand' shuttle service. We had four adults in the room and were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful! While neither fancy nor new, I would go back in a flash!

Room was fine with comfortable bed. Older hotel so a little musty smelling throughout. Shower pressure not great. Would be nice to have a continental breakfast but the restaurant food is good. Airport shuttle driver courteous and accommodated our early flight. Work out room had one treadmill out of order but other treadmill and elliptical worked fine.

We attended the Pendleton Rodeo and found it a convenient and pleasant hotel to commute to our destination and were surprised of the spaciousness of the building. We have referred it to someone else who had stayed there years ago and they heartily recommended it also.

The bathroom is gross. The hotel is run down, and the staff ignores you when you go to the front desk.

The room was clean and pleasant. The staff was very nice. The hotel elevator was broken so I had to schlep things up to the third floor room. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel as a reasonable place to stay once they get the elevator fixed. In my opinion they should have called out the repairman right away. Didn't see any evidence of work going on.

great for a stay when flying.

Pasco Red Lion Hotel was a nice, quiet and convenient place to stay being so close to the airport. We had an early flight and could get coffe but nothing else. Any quick, easy, self serve breakfast snack would have been the only thing to make it better
