Easy to find, located close to highway but not too far from downtown Johnson City and decent restaurants such as Buffalo Street Downtown Deli, Yee Haw Brewery, and Tipton Street Grill. Couple of fast-food places in same strip. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Highway noise not noticeable. Only (small) complaint was no view, as other rooms at back of hotel have partial view of mountains waaaay off in the distance. Oh, Well. Staff was outstandingly friendly and helpful.

Great hotel convenient to Tennessee State Park and the outdoor play Liberty.

I use this hotel when I visit the area because it's centrally located to where I go. Never disappointed by the service and what the hotel offers.

good stay at the hotel, as expected and staff was very courtious when we extended our stay an extra night.

Everything about this hotel was as advertised, met all of our needs and was a fair price.

[...] The room was clean but the deadbolt lock was broken. The water pressure at the sink was extremely low and in the morning when I went to shower, the pressure there was also low and...no hot water! So, I was unable to shower. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within a short distance from ETSU, downtown JC, I-26, and rural areas of east Tennessee. We enjoyed getting out and about the area without being far away from our room.

This was a short stop over to visit some friends before going onto my business part of my trip. Very relaxing and quiet. Not much in the area of restaurants and the such, but I wasn't there for that. Just a short vacation time to relax and it did it's purpose.

This hotel was very dirty. There was mold on the shower curtain, the bathroom door had dirty finger prints on it, the ironing board was yellow with stains all over it. The carpet was so dirty my socks were dirty from walking to the bathroom and back. I believe an animal peed on the carpet by the front door. Stay away from this hotel.

Experience at the hotel was short since business takes up your time from morning to nightfall. Room being clean and quiet is all we needed for a good nights sleep.

We checked into the hotel, dropped off our bags and left to meet family. We did not return until late in the evening. As I got into bed, I felt something against my leg. There was a paper towel in the bed between the top sheet and fitted sheet. After a close inspection, we found that the bed had quite a bit of hair in it. (It actually looked like dog hair). We reported it to the front desk the next morning and their response was "that shouldn't have happened". The coffee pot in our room had coffee on the outside of it. My guess is that if the outside of it was not clean, the inside of the pot wasn't clean either. Very, very dissatisfied with the way this was not handled by staff. Also, we had specifically requested a non-smoking room - turned out that we got a smoking room. At the very least, I felt that we should have been moved to a romm that met our requests and was clean. On a good note, the iron worked well.

This hotel offers quality accomodations in the mid-range price.
