La Quinta Inn & Suites Kennewick

I travel quite a bit with my dog and LaQuinta is the best place! Just because it accepts dogs does NOT mean you get a sloppy dirty hotel. You get a very clean room, just as you expect in a hotel plus my dog gets to stay for free without fees that could sometimes be almost the price of a night. I've seen other hotel chains charge $75 a stay or $15 to $45 a night! Not with LaQuinta, it's free! Highly recommend for pet parents travelers!

Lovely hotel, really up to date bathrooms and finishes. Very quiet with comfy beds.

Free breakfast below average from most hotels. Hot tub not working. We travel a lot for baseball and this hotel was very average.

I almost liked staying here, and then there was the staff attitude. The rooms were clean and comfortable, convenient free breakfast with ample food and choices, free USA Today paper, and lots of free parking. The cons: The clerks were competent but not welcoming. this happened on check-in and check-out. Don't know if it was a racism thing, but the warmth and smiles stopped when we got to the counter, so we'll take our business elsewhere next time. The bed was a little weird. It was supposed to be a pillow-top but it had some foam topper that almost covered the whole bed. Almost. It was adequate but not particularly comfortable, and the odd drop at the edge of this topper was hard to get used to. Also, there were kids running and talking in the hallway, and adults talking very loudly as they walked in the hallway, until very late at night. We needed a good night's sleep so we could get back on the road refreshed. All in all, next time, we'll probably stay elsewhere.

Great Clean Rooms, comfortable beds and the custormer service was great! There were a lot of places very close to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. I will stay there the next time I need to travel to the Tri-Cities

Nice hotel..staff was very friendly and helpful..clean room..good location..has pool and hot tub..good free breakfast

It was great!!! comfortable rooms, super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, I would like to come back again!

Easy access off the highway. Very nice room (we were on the 8th floor so nice view). Very quiet. Great breakfast that comes with the price of the room,so very good value. We would certainly stay again!

A little pricey but clean and comfortable.

Hotel experience was good. Nice and clean place. Recepcionist too dry. Wife and I are seniors, when I requested a possible room on first floor she didn't even check and replied: "nope! we don't have any". [...] So she ended up sending us to room 330...last floor, very end of the hallway.Soap in the bathroom too greasy! it takes a long time to get it off! I ended up buying my own. Air conditioner on room: too noisy! and finally, the continental breakfast was limited, no bacon, no eggs like in other Quintas. So, one can say: was this man happy? sure! I'm a "la quinta traveller" I go La quinta everywhere! I just wasn't too happy with this one.

Rooms were nice and clean they had small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The pillows were GREAT !! Staff was super the whole time. The free breakfast is a cost saver as well.

We visited family and checked out a few wineries and went to a Tri-City American hockey game. We also golfed at four different courses. Had a great time and the weather was outstanding.

We stayed there based on other reviews of lodging in the area. Facilities seem to be well maintained and the continental breakfast is a tad above average. The wi fi internet was down until 8 pm or so,and was down the next morning, precluding computer use. The room was situated on the third floor facing the main street, and the window had been permanently "fixed" with plastic stops to prevent it from totally closing allowing a 1/4" gap. This let noise in from diesel trucks parked in an adjacent lot, and trucks from the street. Would not stay again in that location. The manager curtly declined any compensation stating that it never happened before and we got a good rate anyway.

Still Have an issue with the price of hotels these days. Too expensive in my opinion when you are only in the unit for a matter of hours. We checked in at 7 pm, and were out by 8 the next day. Shame when It's cheaper to fly to a destination than it is to spend the night at a hotel there. They will price themselves right out of the vacationing market.

very nice hotel for the price, very friendly, helpful staff, they let us check in 3 hours early. I didn't care for the continental breakfast, but a lot of others did. the room was very spacious & clean. it was also very quiet, I never heard any other guests.

We were in town to visit family. The location is close to their home and the hotel is always good and friendly. They have a great manager right now who is bubbly and fun. We will continue to stay there when going to Kennewick. We were also close to great wineries in the Tri-Cities area and Prosser. We did 25 in 4 days.

Thank you so much for the review of your stay! We love our pets! Glad you were able to bring your dog with you on your travels and they got to stay at no additional charge. We love that we are able to offer that to our guests. Hope to see you again soon! Safe travels!
