We booked our stay as part of a travel package and received a very fair price. The room was clean and kept clean during our entire stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious, well cooked, tasty, and even the coffee was good and fresh. No complaints at all. Only comments that brought down the room comfort to a 4 was that the pillows were too hard...since you provided 4, 2 could have been for stomach sleepers (soft), and I personnally found the thermostat a bit confusing, but I am over 65, and I could have asked a manager how to get it to where I liked it, and I'm sure they would have talked me through it....so don't hold that against them! It was also a walkable distance from the daughter I was visiting, which was a real plus! It also has a heated pool that I hadn't looked at or for, but I will definately pack for on the next trip. The pool is open 24/7, too! Thank you for making my whole trip absolutely wonderful!

Nice hilltop hotel, very clean and creature comfort rooms.

Very friendly staff. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice location. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Would be happy to stay here again.

The kids had a great time, very nice indoor pool, nice breakfast, beds and sheets not very comfortable, overall ok.

We had a great time! The room was clean and large, the staff was helpful. We got in really late, so the 24 hour pool and hot tub were very much appreciated.

It not the first time I stay at this hotel all the times that I have stay have been great the from the cleaning of the room the great customer service.

Looks new and the rooms are really clean. Complementary breakfast was really good although the breakfast space is a little snug.

I was taking care of some business while I was in the area and enjoyed the one night I was there. [...] at the front desk, was wonderful!

We found the hotel to be very nice. The king-sized bed was very hard, but there was a sofabed that was comfy and we used that. Everything else was perfect. The hotel had a great breakfast bar with everything anyone could want for breakfast. They also served soup and crackers each evening at 6:30. In the cold of December, that soup was very welcome. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again, and recommend it to anyone.

The beds were on the firmer side but super duper comfy, the kind you don't want to get out of. The staff were friendly at check in but I made the mistake of having a single cigarette on the balcony. the managment called to threaten me with eviction for this single mistake and i apologized profusely on the phone and again at the desk when leaving for dinner, and got nasty attitude and nasty looks, and they wouldn't look me in the eye. it made the whole stay so uncomfortable that i didn't even want to call and request a wake up call or go down for breakfast. when someone goes out of their way to apologize for an honest mistake TWICE and gets nothing but threats and attitude, it makes it a place i would never return to, and would seriously think hard about even staying at this brand again in other locations. also, they call the room a river view room but the river is several miles away, and you can see it past all the shopping and traffic areas you have to look at first, but it certainly isn't the kind of view that is worth any extra money.
